RESOLUTION 2026-45
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIIiILITY REPORT FOR THE
2027 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
(PROJECT NO, 202606)
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct improvements to Bachelor Avenue, Deer Trail
Court, Deer Trail Point, Evergreen Knolls, Gryc Court, Hidden Creek Trail, Lansford Lane,
Nature Way, Pamela Lane, Round Hill Road, Stanwich Lane, Sutton Lane, Trail Road, and
Wachtler Avenue in Mendota Heights including the construction of reclaimed aggregate base,
milling bituminous surface, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, storm sewer repair,
and trail improvements, ADA improvements and appurtenant work; and
WHEREAS, this project is identified in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Plan;
and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mendota Heights City Council that
the proposed improvements be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenience and speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are necessary, cost-effective and
feasible and as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with other
improvements, and the estimated costs for the improvements as recommended.
