RESOLUTION 2026-41
FORMALLY ACCEPTING A DONATION FOR A PROPERTY VALUATION
APPRAISAL OF 2095 VALENCOUR CIRCLE
WHEREAS, the City of Mendota Heights desires to follow Minnesota Statute 465.03
"Gifts to Municipalities"; and

WHEREAS, the Minnesota Statute requires a resolution to accept gibs to municipalities;
WHEREAS, the City has previously acknowledged gifts with a resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CiTy of Mendota Heights has duly considered this
matter and wish to acknowledge the civic mindedness of citizens and officially recognize their
donations.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the CiTy Council of the City
of Mendota Heights formally accepts $3,500 for a property valuation appraisal of 2095
Valencour Circle. The property owner, David Doty, has approved the appraisal to proceed.
Adopted by the City Council of the CiTy of Mendota Heights this 7a' day of July, 2026.
