NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, will
hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
The Special Meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §13D.05,
subd. 3(b), attorney-client privilege. The purpose of the Special Meeting will be for the City
Council to receive confidential legal advice from the City’s legal counsel regarding the City’s
legal rights and authority, regarding pending litigation, City of Mendota Heights v. Stephen
Dick and Roy Dick, Dakota County Court File No. 19HA-CV-26-1605.
