The meeting will be closed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05,
subdivision 3(b) to discuss matters permitted by attorney-client privilege relating to
the pending lawsuit entitled, " Spencer McMillan v. City of Mendota Heights".
b. Labor Negotiations Strategy
The meeting will be closed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.03 for
discussion of labor negotiations strategy
