RESOLUTION NO. 10-34
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CENTRE POINTE CURVE WITHIN THE CORPQRATE
BOUNI2AR� OF THE CITY OF MENDOTA
WI�REAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation is Processing the release of a T.H.
110 frontage road to the City of Mendota Heights. Said road being Centre Pointe Curve, lying
between T.H. 13 and Lexington Avenue. (shown in yellow on E�ibit `A')
See Exhibit `A' attached hereto and incorporated herein.
WEiEREAS, an approximately 350 foot long section of said Centre Pointe Curve is located
within the corporate limits of the City of Mendota. (shown in red on Exhibit `A')
WIIEREAS, the release of that portion of Centre Pointe Curve, lying within the City of
Mendota, to the City of Mendota Heights, would better serve the maintenance, serviceability and
continuity of said Centre Pointe Curve.
WHEREAS, the corporate boundary of the City of Mendota will remain as it is and intact.
WHEREAS, the City of Mendota has acknowledged and approved, by resolution, the release
of that part of Centre Pointe Curve, lying within the corporate limits of the Ciry of Mendota, to the
City of Mendota Heights.

������ WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will be able to release Centre Pointe
Curve and other frontage roads, along T.H. 110, from the trunk highway system.
NOW, Z'II�REFOR, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the City of Mendota Heights hereby approves of and will accept the turnback release of that
section of Centre Pointe Curve, as shown in red on the attached Exhibit `A', which lies within the
corporate limits of the City of Mendota, from the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 18°i day of May, 2010.
