RESOLUTION 10 -56
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT SPLIT FOR AN INTERIOR LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AT
2536 ARBOR COURT
WHEREAS, Stephen and Jana Patrick have applied for a lot split for an interior lot line adjustment at
2536 Arbor Court [Lot 11, Block 1, Mendota Woods and Outlot A, Mendota Woods; PID 27- 48460 - 111 -01 and
27- 48460 - 112 -01] as proposed in planning case #10 -20; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting
on July 27, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission recommended that the council approve the lot split for an interior
lot line adjustment as presented to the planning commission on the evening of July 27, 2010 and as shown in
planning case #10-20.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mendota Heights City Council that a lot split for an
interior lot line adjustment as proposed in planning case #10 -20 is hereby approved with the following
conditions:
1. A revised survey shall be submitted that illustrates the driveway is compliant with Ordinance setback
requirement of five feet to the property lines.
2. A copy of the lot split shall be recorded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Mendota Heights City Council that a lot split for an interior lot
line adjustment as proposed in planning case #10 -20 is hereby approved with the following finding of fact:
1. The proposed lot line adjustment shall improve the current encroachment situation.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this Third day of August 2010.
