Res 2010- 59 Wetlands Permit 620 Watersedge TerraceCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 10 -59 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLANDS PERMIT FOR A FENCE AND PLAY STRUCTURE AT 620 WATERSEDGE TERRACE WHEREAS, Peter Opitz and Linda Shea have applied for a wetlands permit for a fence and play structure at 620 Watersedge Terrace [Lot 10, Block 6 Copperfield 3rd Addition; PID 27- 18302- 100 -06] as proposed in planning case #10 -26; and WHEREAS, the planning commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on July 27, 2010; and WHEREAS, the planning commission recommended that the council approve the wetlands permit for a fence and play structure as presented to the planning commission on the evening of July 27, 2010 and as shown in planning case #10 -26. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mendota Heights City Council that a wetlands permit for a fence and play structure as proposed in planning case #10 -26 is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1. A fence permit shall be submitted and approved prior to fence installation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Mendota Heights City Council that a wetlands permit for a fence and play strucutre as proposed in planning case #10 -26 is hereby approved with the following finding of fact: 1. The project meets the intent of the wetlands ordinance. 2. The project will not have a negative impact on the wetland. 3. The project will not degrade or threaten the water quality of the wetland. 4.
