RESOLUTION NO. 10 -77
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATIONS
WHEREAS, The City of Mendota Heights is generally authorized to accept donations of
real and personal property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its
citizens, and is specifically authorized to accept gifts and bequests for the benefit of recreational
services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 471.17; and
WHEREAS, The following persons and entities have donated the cash amounts and /or
non -cash contributions with cash equivalent values set forth below to the city:

WHEREAS, All such donations have been contributed to assist the city in the
establishment and operation of recreational facilities and programs either alone or in cooperation
with others, as allowed by law; and
WIREAS, The City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donations offered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The donations described above are accepted and have been used to establish and
operate recreational programs either alone or in cooperation with others, as allowed by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this seventh day of September,
2010.
