NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The donations described above are accepted and have been used to establish and operate recreational programs either alone or in cooperation with others, as allowed by law.
