Purpose of the ARC:
Ensure Mendota Heights receives only our fair share of noise

Purpose of the ARC: Mendota Heights City Code
2-4-6: POWERS and DUTIES:
A. The airport relations commission shall advise the city council on matters pertaining to airport noise and operations and Minneapolis – St. Paul International Airport.
B. The airport relations commission is expected to monitor proposed rules, procedures and programs which impact the air noise situation within the city and to make recommendations to
the city council regarding strategies to mitigate the city’s air noise exposure
C. The airport relations commission shall have such other duties and powers as granted by the city council from time to time. (Ord. 290, 4-20-1993)
