RESOLUTION 2025-66
ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM
THE MENDOTA HEIGHTS FIRE RELIEF ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City of Mendota Heights desires to follow Minnesota Statute
465.03 "Gifts to Municipalities"; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Statute requires a resolution to accept gifts to
municipalities; and
WHEREAS, the City has previously acknowledged gifts with a resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights has duly considered
this matter and wish to acknowledge the civic mindedness of citizens and officially
recognize their donations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Mendota Heights formally accepts the:
o donation
of four
(4)
metal outdoor patio tables and 16 metal outdoor patio
chairs, for
use at
the
fire station.
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED that the donated tables
and chairs
shall become the
property of the City of
Mendota Heights upon acceptance
by the City
Council.
