11/23/24, 2312 HOURS, 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY ASSAULT
Officers responded to the 1300 Block of Sibley Memorial Highway for an in progress domestic assault. Officers
arrived on scene and located the victim. Officers began a search for the suspect but were unable to locate her.
Officers went to West St. Paul and checked two locations the suspect could have been at. Officers did not locate
the suspect. Officers issued a KOPS alert for the suspect.
11/26/24, 0238 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR DISTURBING THE PEACE
Officers responded to the 1300 Block of Northland Drive for a report of a disturbance in the lobby of a local
business. Officers arrived on scene and found both parties standing outside. Officers interviewed both parties and
determined it would be best if they left separately. Officers stood by for a civil standby. The female party was
trespassed. Both parties left without further incident.
11/26/24, 0752 HOURS, 21XX PILOT KNOB RD RECOVERED STOLEN
Officer responded to the 2000 block of Pilot Knob Road in response to a suspicious vehicle. Officer confirmed
vehicle was stolen with originating agency. Vehicle was inventoried and towed.
11/26/24, 1026 HOURS, 24XX PILOT KNOB RD DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Officer took a phone call relating to damage to property that occurred near the 2000 block of Pilot Knob Road.
Copper wiring was stripped from their vehicle. There are no suspects at this time.
11/26/24, 1221 HOURS, 18XX DELAWARE AVE HARASSING COMMUNICATION
A juvenile student was soliciting nude photographs from another juvenile female student. Officer was unable to
confirm that a photo was saved or sent. The male student was expelled from school and officer received no victim
information.
11/28/24, 0035 HOURS, 22XX APACHE ST DOMESTIC
Officers responded to a report of a possible domestic situation in the 2200 block of Apache Street. Family
members were separated for the night and an informational report was created.

11/29/24, 1737 HOURS, 2XXX VICTORIA RD S MENTAL HEALTH
Officer was dispatched to a 911 hang up call at the 2000 block of Victoria Rd. Upon arrival, staff advised that PD
was needed because of out of control clients. Officers gathered information. One juvenile placed on transport
hold.
12/02/24, 1520 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY WARRANT
Officers received a report of a fight on the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Upon officers arrival, they
located an adult female who was involved and attempted to stop to talk to her. The female ran and officers were
able to detain her. Officers learned the female had an active warrant and was arrested. The other party involved in
the fight was unable to be located. The female stated she was overdosing and was transported to the hospital.
12/03/24, 0450 HOURS, HWY 62/35E WARRANT
Officer was on routine patrol on Highway 62/35E. Officer observed vehicle with expired tabs and the registered
owner having a misdemeanor warrant. Officer stopped the vehicle and completed the sign and release warrant
paperwork.
12/03/24, 0550 HOURS, DAKOTA DR/LEXINGTON AVE RECOVERED PROPERTY
Officer was on routine patrol of Dakota Drive and located personal property along the south fence line near the
intersection of Dakota Drive and Lexington Avenue. The items were taken for safe keeping. The possible owner
was contacted and not verified. Items will be placed into evidence for safe keeping.
12/03/24, 0721 HOURS, 2XXX DODD RD FRAUD
Officer responded to the 2000 block of Dodd Road where an individual had allegedly attempted to use counterfeit
money to purchase items. The individual was identified.
12/04/24, 1030 HOURS, MENDOTA RD/KNOB RD STOP ARM VIOLATION
Officer was notified of a school bus stop arm violation that occurred near Mendota Road and Knob Road. Officer
was able to identify the driver of the vehicle. Forwarded to City Attorney for charging.

12/04/24, 1348 HOURS, 13XX RIVERSIDE LN LOST PROPERTY
Officer received a report from the 1300 block of Riverside Lane that a resident lost an item during transport to the
hospital. Report for insurance purposes only.
12/04/24, 1421 HOURS, 14XX FARMDALE RD CHECK FORGERY
Officer was dispatched to take a report of a check that was stolen from the 1400 block of Farmdale Road. Case ac-
tive.
12/06/24, 0313 HOURS, 12XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD PD ACCIDENT
Officer was conducting a traffic stop at a business in the 1200 block of Mendota Heights Road when a traffic colli-
sion occurred at the business. Driver and business exchanged information and a state accident report was com-
pleted due to building damage.
