11/01/24, 1227 HOURS, 7XX KEOKUK LN THEFT
Officer received a theft report. Suspect was identified and issued a citation. Stolen property was recovered and
returned to owner.
11/02/24, 1007 HOURS, 18XX ORCHARD HEIGHTS LN THEFT
Officer took a report of identity theft. This incident is currently under investigation.
11/02/24, 1609 HOURS, 17XX SUTTON LN DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Officer was dispatched to a past action report of damage to property on the 1700 block of Sutton Lane. Officer
gathered information and wrote report. No suspects.
11/03/24, 0801 HOURS, 7XX CHEYENNE LN THEFT
Officer received a phone call report of mail theft that occurred near the 700 block of Cheyenne Lane. There are no
suspects at this time.
11/03/24, 1625 HOURS, 13XXX EVEREST AVE, AV AOA
Officer was notified of another agency requesting assistance. Officer arrived in other jurisdiction with armored
vehicle and assisted other agency.
11/03/24, 2354 HOURS, 14XX DODD RD HARASSMENT
Officers were called to the 1400 block of Dodd Road for a welfare check on a suicidal female. Officers made contact
with the homeowner who informed officers the suicidal female has been the target of harassment. Officers spoke
to the suicidal female on the phone and confirmed she was not suicidal. Officers gathered a statement and
photographic evidence of the ongoing harassment. Case forwarded for charges.
11/04/24, 0343 HOURS, 24XX LEXINGTON AVE THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
Officers responded to the 2400 block of Lexington Avenue for a report of a theft from vehicle. Officers arrived on
scene and spoke to the victim. Officers unlocked the victim's vehicle so the victim could inventory his vehicle and
determine what was stolen. Victim told officers on scene he found a bike by his car that was not there when he got
home. Officers placed the bike in storage for safekeeping. Under investigation.

11/04/24, 0448 HOURS, 1XXX WAGON WHEEL TR BURGLARY
Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of Wagon Wheel Trail for a report of a burglary. Suspect entered a
detached garage and stole cash from an unlocked vehicle. No suspects.
11/04/24, 0653 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT
Officer took a phone call report of a past action theft that occurred near the 900 block of Sibley Memorial
Highway. This incident is being investigated.
11/04/24, 1057 HOURS, 18XX ORCHARD HILL HARASSMENT
Officer took a harassment report from the 1800 block of Orchard Hill. Reporting party has been receiving harassing
communication from a known person. Officer gathered information, case is determined to be civil.
11/04/24, 1315 HOURS, 25XX CONDON CT THEFT
Officer took a report of a theft of political signs that occurred near the 2500 block of Condon Court. There are no
suspects at this time.
11/05/24, 0320 HOURS, 35E MENTAL HEALTH
Officers were dispatched to a welfare check on the "Lexington Avenue Bridge" for a suicidal male. Officers checked
the bridges in Mendota Heights and located the personal belongings of the suicidal individual on the southbound
lanes of the I35E bridge between Sheppard Road and Hwy 13. Officers started mutual aid from Eagan PD, Dakota
County Sheriff's Office, State Patrol, and St. Paul Fire Department. Eagan PD located the male on the north
riverbank, east of the bridge. State Patrol, Mendota Heights, and St. Paul Fire reached the individual on foot and
brought them to an ambulance. Transported to the hospital and placed on a hold.
11/05/24, 0844 HOURS, 9XX CARMEN LN MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT
Officer took a report of a stolen vehicle from the 900 block of Carmen Lane. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as
stolen. A short time later, the vehicle was located. This was due to the fact that the individual had driven the car
there and forgotten where they had parked it.

11/06/24, 0818 HOURS, 12XX NORTHLAND DR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Officer was dispatched to take a report of a damaged window on a vehicle. Information gathered and report
written. Case is inactive.
11/07/24, 1246 HOURS, 18XX DELAWARE AVE PD ACCIDENT HIT & RUN
Officer took a report of a hit and run accident in the parking lot of Two Rivers HS. No suspects at this time.
