10/18/24, 0727 HOURS, 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Resident observed their passenger side window damaged and miscellaneous tools stolen from their vehicle. There
are no suspects.
10/18/24, 1253 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY SHOPLIFTING
Officer responded to the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway on a report of shoplifting. A suspect has been
identified and the case is under investigation.
10/18/24, 1429 HOURS, 18XX EAGLE RIDGE DR THEFT
Officer took a lobby report of a scam call. Victim lost $4,500 from fraud on their Amazon account. Case inactive
due to low solvability.
10/18/24, 1700 HOURS, VICTORIA CURVE/LEXINGTON AVE PD ACCIDENT
Officer was dispatched to the intersection of Lexington Ave and Victoria Curve. Dispatch advised that a Nissan SUV
had hit a van. Officer spoke with both parties. The driver of the van stated that he was travelling northbound on
Lexington Ave when the other vehicle ran the stop sign travelling westbound and struck his vehicle. The driver of
the Nissan stated he did not see the stop sign and must have run it.
10/18/24, 2046 HOURS, 1XXX IVY HILL DR THEFT
Officers took a theft report relating to stolen credit cards in the area of 1000 block of Ivy Hill Dr. Officer gathered
information and collected evidence. Under investigation.
10/19/24, 2102 HOURS, 5XX VALLEY LN DOMESTIC
Officers responded to the 500 block of Valley Lane for a report of a domestic assault and criminal damage to
property that had just occurred. Officers interviewed both parties involved. Neither wished to pursue criminal
charges against each other. Case was forwarded for potential charges on both parties.
10/20/24, 0909 HOURS, 6XX CHEYENNE LN THEFT
Officers took a report of a theft of a political sign. There are no cameras to capture the incident. Case inactive.

10/20/24, 1248 HOURS, 6XX 2ND AVE THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
Officer responded to the 600 block of 2nd Ave on a report of a theft from vehicle that happened overnight. The
vehicle was parked on the driveway unlocked. A laptop was taken from the vehicle. No suspects.
10/20/24, 1629 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR ASSAULT
Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Northland Drive for a past action assault report. Officers spoke with
both parties involved and determined there was not enough evidence of a crime.
10/21/24, 0315 HOURS, 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT
Officer was on routine patrol on the 1300 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Officer located a vehicle parked near
a partially abandoned building. Officer began to pull into the parking lot and observed a suspect run on foot. Two
people involved were arrested and were later released from custody to be transported to an area hospital for a
possible overdose. All property that was initially stolen was recovered and the owner was notified. Case sent for
charging.
10/21/24, 1114 HOURS, 12XX VICTORIA CURVE THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
Officer took a theft from motor vehicle report from the 1200 block of Victoria Curve. Reporting party had their
vehicle entered by an unknown person and items taken. No suspect information available. Case is inactive.
10/21/24, 1133 HOURS, 2XXX PILOT KNOB RD DISTURBANCE
Officers took an assault report from the 2000 block of Pilot Knob Road. Reporting party stated that a known person
had assaulted them two days prior, and they had physical injuries. After investigation it was determined that the
physical altercation was mutual and no primary aggressor was found. No charges will be brought. Case is inactive.
10/22/24, 0238 HOURS, HWY 62/DELAWARE AVE FLEEING
Officer was on routine patrol on Highway 62 near Delaware Ave. Officer observed a vehicle speeding and had an
equipment violation. Officer caught up to the vehicle and activated the emergency lights to stop the vehicle. The
vehicle fled and a pursuit was started. The suspect vehicle abruptly stopped and reversed to ram the squad. The
suspect fled the area. The police vehicle was disabled. A KOPS alert was issued for the suspect vehicle. The plate on
the suspect vehicle was a stolen plate. No suspect identified.

10/22/24, 1445 HOURS, 18XX DELAWARE AVE DRUG ACTIVITY
Officers responded to the 1800 block of Delaware in response to a juvenile acting erratically and possibly under the
influence. The juvenile was placed on a hold and transported to the hospital. This incident is being investigated.
10/22/24, 1505 HOURS, 12XX NORTHLAND DR WEAPONS
Officers received a report of an argument between individuals on the 1200 block of Northland Drive. During the
argument, an adult male pointed a firearm at another adult male. The suspect was located and arrested.
10/22/24, 2032 HOURS, 24XX LEXINGTON AVE MENTAL HEALTH
Officers responded to the 2400 block of Lexington Avenue on the report of a person in crisis. The person was
ultimately transported by ambulance to be evaluated at a medical facility.
10/23/24, 1853 HOURS, 6XX 3RD AVE THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
Officer received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle on the 600 block of 3rd Avenue. No damage done.
Incident is under investigation.
