10 11 24 WEEKLY CRIME REPORT 1101 Victoria Curve, Mendota Heights, MN 55118 * Non-Emergency 651.452.1366 Mendota Heights Police Department Weekly Crime Report 10/4/24, 0728 HOURS, 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT Officer responded to the 1300 block of Sibley Memorial Highway on a report of a vehicle theft. Area checked and was unable to locate the vehicle. A few hours later, officers were notified that the vehicle was located unoccupied with minor damage in Minneapolis. No suspects at this time. 10/4/24, 1239 HOURS, 7XX N PLAZA DR THEFT Officers responded to a store for a theft in progress. Suspects left in a vehicle and were unable to be found. Report written and forwarded for investigation. 10/4/24, 2000 HOURS, 24XX LEXINGTON AVE S MISSING PERSON Officers dispatched to a missing person at the 2400 block of Lexington Ave. The reporting party stated that her mother in law who has dementia left the house and has not returned. Officers searched area for missing adult. Officer later contacted by HCSO advising that they had located the missing female. Family picked up female. 10/6/24, 1748 HOURS, 1XXX HWY 62 SUSPICIOUS PERSON Officer was on routine patrol on the 1000 block of Highway 62 and observed a vehicle with license plates that did not match. Officer spoke with the owner of the vehicle and later removed the license plates. Owner advised they can not drive the vehicle until it has correct license plates. 10/7/24, 1024 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT Officer took a theft report by phone for a set of vehicle keys that was stolen at a business in the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. No suspects. 10/7/24, 1039 HOURS, 25XX CONDON CT THEFT Officer took a theft report from the 2000 block of Condon Ct. Overnight, political signs were taken from a yard. No suspects known; case inactive. October 4th—October 10th, 2024 1101 Victoria Curve, Mendota Heights, MN 55118 * Non-Emergency 651.452.1366 Mendota Heights Police Department Weekly Crime Report 10/7/24, 2014 HOURS, 9XX BLUEBILL DR DOG BITE Officers responded to a report of a past action dog bite that occurred near the 800 block of Bluebill Drive. Officers gathered information and located the owner of the dog. The owner of the dog was mailed a declaration to declare the dog potentially dangerous or dangerous. 10/7/24, 2041 HOURS, LILYDALE RD/HWY 13 DWI Officers were dispatched to a single car accident on Lilydale Rd near Highway 13. Officers observed a male showing signs of impairment and ran him through SFST's. Officers arrested male and transported him to jail. October 4th—October 10th, 2024
