09/22/24, 0304 HOURS, 23XX LEXINGTON AVE DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Officers dispatched to a disturbance at the 2300 block of Lexington Avenue. Dispatch reported an ex -boyfriend was
intoxicated and kicking items in their house. The suspect fled the scene and was arrested and cited for domestic
assault and was transported to the Dakota County Jail.
09/23/24, 0216 HOURS, 11XX DODD RD DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Dodd Road on a report of a domestic assault. Officer made contact
with a male and female and determined there was no primary aggressor. Both had different stories and both had
different minor injuries. Parties were separated for the night and advised the city attorney would be reviewing the
case for recommend any charges.
09/23/24, 1420 HOURS, 11XX DODD RD THEFT
Officer responded to a report of a theft of a cell phone and iPad by a terminated employee. Officers located the
suspect, recovered the property and released the individual pending theft charges.
09/23/24, 1524 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY WARRANT
Officers received a report of a theft in progress on the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Upon officers arrival,
they identified the suspects and learned that one adult male had a warrant. The male was arrested and
transported to jail. The items were returned and the two individuals were trespassed from the store.
09/23/24, 1822 HOURS, 25XX HAVERTON RD THEFT
Officer received a report of mail theft on the 2500 block of Haverton Road. Mail was taken on September 21st and
possibly again on the 23rd. In the mail was a credit card that was taken and used at various stores. Under
investigation.
09/24/24, 1754 HOURS, WENTWORTH AVE/DELAWARE AVE TRAFFIC STOP
Officer stopped a vehicle near Wentworth and Delaware Avenue. The plate on the vehicle did not match the
vehicle. The plates were seized to be destroyed.

09/25/24, 0750 HOURS, 16XX VICTORIA RD HIT & RUN
Officer was dispatched to 1600 block of Victoria Rd S for a report of barricades that were struck by a vehicle.
Officer arrived on scene and gathered information. Officer identified suspect involved and made contact. Officer
cited driver involved relating to the incident. State accident report submitted.
09/25/24, 1108 HOURS, 14XX NORTHLAND DR THEFT
Officer was dispatched to 1400 block of Northland Dr for a report of a past action theft. Officer gathered
information and determined incident to be a civil dispute. Officer advised reporting party on ways to handle
situation moving forward.
09/25/24, 1034 HOURS, 13XX ACACIA BLVD DOG BITE
Officer responded to a report of a dog that bit a person in the 1300 block of Acacia Blvd. Current rabies vaccination
verified and dog will be quarantined for 10 days.
09/25/24, 1231 HOURS, 11XX VICTORIA CURVE FRAUD
Officer took a walk in report at police department for a report of fraudulent activity related to stolen credit card.
Under investigation.
09/25/24, 1556 HOURS, 16XX DIANE RD FRAUD
Officers received a MAARC report near the 1600 block of Diane Road in which an individual paid for goods and
services they did not receive. This incident is being investigated.
09/25/24, 1729 HOURS, 1XXX DOWNING ST PUBLIC ASSIST
Officer received a report for a public assist on the 1000 block of Downing Street where the resident was locked
out. Once inside, the home appeared to be unsuitable for living. Case forwarded to Dakota County Social Services.
09/26/24, 1115 HOURS, 2XXX VICTORIA RD S RUNAWAY
Officer responded to the 2000 block of Victoria Road on a juvenile runaway report. Juvenile was entered into the
National Missing Persons Database.
