06/14/24, 1704 HOURS, 12XX SYLVANDALE RD PD ACCIDENT
Officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of Sylvandale Road for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Officer spoke
with both parties and gathered information. Officer wrote report.
06/14/24, 2328 HOURS, WARRIOR DR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Officer located unoccupied vehicle displaying incorrect plates. Officer gathered information and determined
vehicle was valid. Vehicle's plates were impounded. Case Status: Informational
06/15/24, 2245 HOURS, 5XX BUTLER AVE DOMESTIC
Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Butler Avenue for a domestic assault. Officers spoke with the victim
who advised the suspect assaulted and caused fear. The suspect was arrested for domestic assault and transported
to the Dakota County Jail. Case Status: Adult Arrest. Victim Note, Citation, and 48 -hour completed.
06/16/24, 1732 HOURS, HWY 13 WARRANT ARREST
Officer was monitoring traffic on Highway 13 and Riverside Lane. Officer observed a vehicle with an equipment
violation and ran their license plate. Officer learned the registered owner of the vehicle had a warrant. Officer
stopped the vehicle and arrested the adult female owner on their warrant.
06/17/24, 1824 HOURS, HWY 13 WARRANT ARREST
Officer was monitoring traffic on the 800 block of Highway 13. Officer conducted a routine license plate check of a
vehicle in the same area and learned the owner of the vehicle had a warrant. Officer stopped the vehicle and
identified the driver as the owner. The driver was arrested and transported to jail.
06/17/24, 2300 HOURS, 10XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT
Officer took a theft report from the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Vehicles were entered and items were
taken by an unknown individual. Information was gathered and report written. Case inactive.
06/18/24, 1452 HOURS, 35E TRAFFIC STOP
Officer was requested to assist another agency in stopping a vehicle and detaining the driver. The vehicle was
stopped and the driver was detained.

06/18/24, 2338 HOURS, 35 E SB STOLEN VEHICLE/PURSUIT
Officer was on routine patrol traveling south on I-35E from Highway 13 and observed a vehicle traveling at a high
rate of speed. Officer caught up to the vehicle and after running the license plate, learned the vehicle was stolen.
Officer attempted to stop the vehicle, but the vehicle fled. Officers were able to get a successful stop stick
deployment on the vehicle and the vehicle stopped. Two occupants fled from the vehicle. The area was searched
and they were not located.
06/19/24, 1625 HOURS, 23XX LEXINGTON AVE ASSAULT
Officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Lexington Ave for a road and driving complaint. Officers arrived and
spoke with both parties. Officers determined that an assault occurred. Officer mailed citation.
06/20/24, 0252 HOURS, DODD RD TRAFFIC STOP
Officer was conducting targeted stop sign enforcement at the intersection of Dodd Road and Marie Avenue. A
vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign and was stopped. The driver was under the age of 21 and possessed
marijuana and an open bottle of alcohol in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was completed and an additional
bottle of alcohol was located. The driver was cited for an open container. Case Status: Forward to City attorney.
06/20/24, 1212 HOURS, 6XX 3rd AVE CRISIS/MENTAL HEALTH
Responded to the 600 block of 3rd Avenue to assist Dakota County Crisis place a person in crisis, who had fled on
foot, on an emergency transport hold. We located and detained the person until medics could provide the
transport for Dakota County Crisis.
06/20/24, 1648 HOURS, 14XX NORTHLAND DR HARASSING COMMUNICATION
Officer dispatched to a harassment report at the 1400 block of Northland Drive. Officer made contact with the
adult male victim who was being harassed by an adult male vulnerable adult via phone calls and text messages.
Informational report made.
06/20/24, 2235 HOURS, 6XX MENDOTA HTS RD DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Officers were conducting a patrol of Kensington Park when past action damage to property was discovered. Case
status is currently inactive due to lack of suspects.
