05/31/24, 0830 HOURS, 21XX THERESA ST THEFT BY SWINDLE
Investigators were forwarded information about a possible theft by swindle on the 2100 block of Theresa St.
Report was taken and investigation is ongoing.
05/31/24, 2110 HOURS, 16XX LILYDALE RD HIT & RUN ACCIDENT
Officers responded to the 1600 block of Lilydale Road for a report of a hit and run. Case is inactive due to a driver
not being identified. State accident report for this incident to be completed. Registered owner of the vehicle that
left the scene was mailed a citation.
05/31/24, 2213 HOURS, 2XX GRAND AVE W ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
Officers from another agency asked for assistance on the 200 block of Grand Ave in South St Paul. Officer from
Mendota Heights arrived and assisted other agency with securing of crime scene.
06/01/24, 1613 HOURS, 16XX DIANE RD PD ACCIDENT
Officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of Diane Road for a repot of a motor vehicle accident. Officer arrived and
spoke with both parties. Officer gathered information and wrote report.
06/01/24, 1950 HOURS, 7XX LINDEN ST FRAUD
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of Linden St for a past action report of theft. Officer spoke with reporting
party who was reported being scammed over the phone. Officer gathered information and wrote report.
06/03/24, 0130 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Officers responded to a report of an assault in progress in the 1300 block of Northland Drive. An investigation was
conducted and it was determined that the victim did not wish to pursue criminal charges.
06/03/24, 1331 HOURS, 2XXX VICTORIA RD S ASSAULT
Officers dispatched to the 2000 block of Victoria Road for an assault report. A juvenile had assaulted people at the
location. Party was transported to the hospital for mental health concerns and given a citation for the criminal
element. Cleared with a citation.

06/04/24, 0831 HOURS, MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD/HWY 55 DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Witness called in a psychical assault taking place inside a vehicle. The witness thought the intersection was
Mendota Heights Rd and Hwy 55. Made contact with the victim, stated that she had been assaulted. The adult
male was arrested.
06/04/24, 1913 HOURS, 8XX CARMEN LN FOUND DOG
Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Carmen Lane for a report of a dog that was struck on Hwy 62 WB and
pulled off the road by a resident. Officers arrived on scene and determined the dog was deceased. Officers
scanned the dog for a RFID chip to find the owner but were unsuccessful. Officers brought the dog to South St.
Paul Animal Hospital for disposal.
06/05/24, 1436 HOURS, 11XX ORCHARD CI THEFT
Resident in the 1100 block of Orchard Circle discovered that her rear license plate had been stolen. The exact date
and time is no unknown.
06/06/24, 0659 HOURS, 19XX CROWN POINT DR THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
Officer received a report of a theft of a wallet from an unlocked vehicle. There were no cameras to capture the
incident nor any suspects at this time.
