Weekly Crime Report
05/23/24, 1821 HOURS, 2XXX VICTORIA RD S RUNAWAY
Officers were dispatched to a runaway call at the 2000 block of Victoria Rd. The reporting party advised that three
juveniles had eloped. Officers located juveniles and attempted to get them back to the residence. The juveniles ran
away from officers. Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the juveniles. Dispatch later advised that
one of the juveniles had returned to the residence. While speaking with the juvenile the other two missing
juveniles returned. Officers worked with Crisis, MHealth and resident staff. The three juveniles were later trans-
ported to St. Paul Children's hospital.
05/23/24, 1935 HOURS, SIBLEY MEM HWY CRISIS
Officers dispatched to a check welfare at the intersection of Sibley Memorial and Wachtler Ave. The reporting
party advised that there was a male sitting by the walking path crying and laughing loudly. Officer made contact
with the male who appeared to be in crisis. The male was very agitated and advised that he was having a panic
attack but did not want any assistance. Officer knew the male from previous calls. Officers went to males residence
and spoke with his wife. Officers gathered information and provided wife with crisis' phone number. The male
seen walking back to his residence. Informational report written.
05/24/24, 0848 HOURS, 7XX PLAZA DR POSS OF STOLEN PROPERTY
Report of a person passed out in a vehicle in a parking lot in the 700 block of North Plaza Dr. License plates on
vehicle were stolen out of St Paul. Suspect was woken up, struggled with officers, and was taken into custody. The
vehicle was stolen out of St Paul as well. The adult female was identified, and sent with M Health to a local hospital
for a possible overdose. Report to be forwarded to the county attorney.
05/24/24, 0930 HOURS, 18XX DELAWARE AVE ASSAULT
Multiple students got into a physical alteration in the hallway during passing time.
05/25/24, 1134 HOURS, 5XX HWY 62 MENTAL HEALTH
Officers received information about a male who was planning to commit suicide in the area of Highway 62 and
Delaware. Officers, with the help of multiple agency mutual aid was able to search the area and locate the party.
They were transported to the hospital. Report only.

05/25/24, 1243 HOURS, 17XX LEXINGTON AVE DOMESTIC
Officer called to the 1700 block of Lexington Avenue for a reported disturbance. On scene, the suspect was located
hiding from Police in the basement of the building. She was arrested for domestic assault. She went into hysterics
after being arrested and claimed that her eye had been hurt. She was transported to the hospital. Forward for
charges.
05/25/24, 1743 HOURS, HWY 62 PD ACCIDENT
Officer received a report of an accident with no injuries on Highway 62 and Lexington Avenue. An accident report
was completed.
05/26/24, 0946 HOURS, 9XX DELAWARE AVE COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY
Resident in the 900 block of Delaware Ave sold a bike on Facebook Market Place. One of the bills was counterfeit. I
spoke with the person who made the purchase, he had no idea that a bill was counterfeit. The two will figure out
what to do. Bill has been placed in evidence.
05/26/24, 1510 HOURS, DELAWARE AVE DUMPING/LITTERING
Officer received a report of items that were dumped on Delaware Avenue near Huber Drive. Officer located the
items and discarded of them. No suspects. This report is informational only.
05/27/24, 0000 HOURS, 21XX LEXINGTON AVE THEFT
Officer called about a theft that had taken place at a cemetery near the 2100 block of Lexington Avenue. Officer
called the reporting party and collected the available information. Forward to investigations for follow up with
recycling centers.
05/27/24, 1326 HOURS, 22XX APACHE STREET WEAPONS
Officers called to a house on the 2200 block of Apache Street for a male with a gun pointed at his own head. There
were other people still in the house with him. While on scene the man came outside without the gun and Officers
were able to get him into an ambulance safely. He was placed on a mental health hold for his own safety.

05/28/24, 1004 HOURS, DODD RD MOTORIST ASSIST
Officer called to the area of Dodd Road and Highway 62 for a stalled truck that was blocking traffic. The truck was
blocking the only southbound lane and was quickly towed by the Officer. The owner was contacted and the truck
was brought to a shop of his choice. Information only.

05/28/24, 1624 HOURS, 6XX SIBLEY CT FRAUD
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of Sibley Court for a past action report of fraud. Officer gathered
information from the reporting party and determined the crime occurred in another jurisdiction. Officer wrote
report and sent case to the agency in correct jurisdiction .
05/29/24, 1330 HOURS, 14XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD DOMESTIC
Officer dispatched to past action domestic report that occurred at the 1400 block of Mendota Heights Road.
Officers made contact with the adult female victim who was assaulted by her adult male boyfriend. Eagan Police
arrested the male prior to this domestic report for an outstanding warrant. Male was booked in Dakota County
Jail.
05/30/24, 1249 HOURS, 16XX LILYDALE ROAD DISTURBING THE PEACE
Reporting party called 911 to say that they were having an argument with their spouse. The incident took place
near 1600 block of Lilydale Rd. Officers arrived, the two had left the area. Second call placed them in the 900 block
of Hwy 13. Both party's provided statements to law enforcement. No crime was committed, party's were
separated, and went on their own ways.
