05/17/24, 1154 HOURS, 7XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD MENTAL HEALTH
Officers responded to the 700 block of Mendota Heights Road on reports of a juvenile punching walls and being
aggressive. Officers responded and transported the juvenile to his home.
05/19/24, 1701 HOURS, 18XX FARO LN DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Faro Lane for a report of a pool pump that was vandalized. Case is
inacƟve.
05/19/24, 2339 HOURS, DODD RD/HOKAH AVE WARRANT
Officer was on rouƟne patrol traveling southbound on Dodd Road. Officer observed a vehicle traveling northbound
on Dodd in excess of the posted speed limit. Officer iniƟated a traffic stop of the vehicle at Dodd Road and Hokah
Avenue. Officer made contact with the driver and checked the driver for current warrants and wants. Driver came
back with a misdemeanor sign and release warrant out of Hennepin County. Driver was issued a new court date
and Ɵme. Driver signed the sign and release form. Driver released from the traffic stop.
05/20/24, 1737 HOURS, 9XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD DISTURBANCE
Officer received a report of a disturbance on the 900 block of Mendota Heights Road. Officer spoke with a juvenile
male who stated he was assaulted at school by a fellow student. The male stated he did not want charges at this
Ɵme.
05/20/24, 2340 HOURS, HWY 13/WACHTLER AVE WARRANT/FALSE NAME
Officer was conducƟng speed enforcement near the intersecƟon of Highway 13 and Wachtler Avenue. The officer
observed a vehicle speeding and displaying expired tabs and stopped the vehicle near Highway 13 and Sutcliff
Circle. A passenger provided false informaƟon of a real person and was arrested for that along with two felony
warrants. The male was booked in the Dakota County Jail.
05/21/24, 0830 HOURS, LILYDALE RD PD ACCIDENT
Vehicle #1 was traveling N/B on Lilydale RD. Driver of Vehicle #2 was traveling S/B on Lilydale RD. Driver of Vehicle
#2 crossed over the double yellow center line, into Vehicle #1's lane. Driver of Vehicle #1 stated that he stopped,
Driver of Vehicle #2 struck the front, passenger side fender, and struck the guard rail.

05/22/24, 0422 HOURS, 2XXX DODD RD POSSESS STOLEN PROPERTY/DRUGS
Officer was on patrol near to 2000 block of Dodd Road. The officer located an occupied vehicle that had a stolen
plate on it. Both the driver and passenger were detained. The driver was arrested for possession of stolen property
and drug possession. The driver will be formally charged on both. The passenger was released with no charges. The
driver was transported to an area hospital aŌer arriving at the Dakota County Jail aŌer he said he swallowed drugs.
05/22/24, 0745 HOURS, 7XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD PD ACCIDENT
Vehicle #1, and Vehicle #2 were both N/B on Dodd Rd. Both vehicles were in the inside, leŌ lane. Driver of Vehicle
#1 was stopped at the semaphore at the north exit / entrance ramp for I494. Driver of Vehicle #2 did not stop in
Ɵme and struck Vehicle #1.
05/22/24, 1632 HOURS, 11XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY FRAUD
Officer dispatched to a fraud report at the 1100 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Officer made contact with the
adult male reporƟng party who advised of an aƩempted fraud that occurred in California in regards to the
reporƟng party's bank account. The reporƟng party is not out any money.
05/22/24, 2208 HOURS, HWY 62/LEXINGTON AVE WARRANT
Officer was on rouƟne patrol traveling south on Lexington Avenue and Highway 62. Officer observed a vehicle run
a red light and stopped the vehicle. Officer idenƟfied the adult male driver and learned they had a warrant. Officer
arrested the male and he was transported to jail.
