02/16/24, 1511 HOURS, 11XX CENTRE POINTE DR FRAUD
Officer was dispatched to a past acƟon report of fraud on the 1100 block of Centre Pointe Drive. Officer spoke with
reporƟng party and gathered informaƟon. Officer wrote report.
02/18/24, 0608 HOURS, 12XX MENDOTA HTS RD DISTURBANCE
Officer responded to a business in the 1200 block of Mendota Heights Road for a disturbance. The situaƟon was
handled and a report wriƩen.
02/18/24, 2221 HOURS, PILOT KNOB RD/COMMERCE DR AUTO THEFT
Officers took a call of a reported stolen vehicle in Mendota Heights. Officer located vehicle in Mendota Heights and
iniƟated a traffic stop on Pilot Knob and Commerce Dr. ReporƟng party then informed officers there was a
misunderstanding and the driver of the vehicle had permission to drive the vehicle. Case unfounded.
02/19/24, 2226 HOURS, 7XX SPRING CREEK CIR DOMESTIC
Officers received a report of a disturbance between family members on the 700 block of Spring Creek Cir in
Mendota Heights. Officer spoke with the reporƟng party and the juvenile. Officer gathered informaƟon and found
that no crime had been commiƩed.
02/20/24, 0802 HOURS, 8XX WAGON WHEEL TRL DISTURB/WARRANT
Officers called to the 800 block of Wagon Wheel Trail where a man was parked in someone else's driveway and
hanging from their basketball hoop. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken into custody. He
was found to have an acƟve warrant and taken to Dakota County Jail. Forward to the Mendota Heights City
AƩorney for charges.
02/20/24, 1514 HOURS, DODD RD/HILLTOP ACCIDENT
Officers responded to an accident with no injuries at intersecƟon of Dodd Road and Hilltop Road. Officer assisted
parƟes with exchange of informaƟon. Both drivers declined tow trucks. State crash report will be completed. Case
Status: InacƟve.
02/19/24, 1700 HOURS, 23XX LEXINGTON AVE S THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer received a report of a theŌ on the 2300 block of Lexington Avenue. A vehicle was broken into and items
were taken. No suspects at this Ɵme, no surveillance video. Case status: inacƟve.

02/21/24, 0916 HOURS, 23XX LEXINGTON AVE S HARRASSMENT
Resident from the 2300 block of Lexington Ave received an unsolicited message from a person from a distant
relaƟonship. The relaƟonship ended 20 years ago because of a domesƟc assault. The reporƟng party wished to
start a case file in case addiƟonal messages, or any aƩempts of contact are made. Case Status: InacƟve
02/22/24, 0958 HOURS, 9XX MENDOTA HTS RD SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Officer took a report of suspicious acƟvity near the 900 block of Mendota Heights Road. An item showed up in her
son’s backpack and they wished to know who it belonged to. Case pending.
02/22/24, 1430 HOURS, 23XX PAGEL RD SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Officer was advised of a fraud that occurred on the 2000 block of Pagel road. A party aƩempted to give a
counterfeit bill as payment for a door dash order. Officers spoke with the suspect and gathered informaƟon; case
pending.
02/22/24, 2122 HOURS, HWY 62/HWY 13 AOA/PURSUIT
Officers overheard State Patrol was in pursuit of a vehicle on Highway 62 going eastbound approaching the
Mendota Bridge. Officers responded to the area and stuck the suspect vehicle with stop sƟcks. Officers got
involved with the pursuit aŌer State Patrol squads were disabled. Officers performed a PIT on the vehicle and an
adult male suspect fled on foot. Offficers tased the adult male suspect and transferred custody to State Patrol.
