02/02/24, 0503 HOURS, 14XX COMMERCE DR BURGLARY
Officers responded to a report of an attempted burglary in the 1400 block of Commerce Drive. Access was not
gained but there was damage to the door. No suspects at this time.
02/02/24, 0949 HOURS, 1XXX WILLIAM CT THREATS
Officer took a report of a past action threat over social media from the 1000 block of William Court. Reporting
party had photos of a conversation which after investigation, did not ultimately constitute a credible threat.
Reporting party taking steps civilly to protect themselves.
02/02/24, 1351 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Officer took a report of an after the fact damage to property from the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway.
Reporting party stated that their vehicle was struck by a known person and it caused damage. After investigation,
it was determined that the crash was not caused by the suspected person and there was no solvability to the
alleged crime.
02/03/24, 1310 HOURS, 7XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD HIT & RUN ACCIDENT
Officer called to a school on the 700 block of Mendota Heights Road where a reported car accident had taken
place. The suspect vehicle was un-occupied, and the accident had been reported by the victim. Contact was made
with the suspect driver who admitted to hitting the car. The driver's father was coming to exchange insurance
information, but victim had left before he arrived. Information was collected, exchanged and a report was
completed.
02/03/24, 1349 HOURS, 2XXX VICTORIA RD MENTAL HEALTH
Officers responded to the 2000 block of Victoria Road for a juvenile in crisis who was wishing to go to the hospital.
Medics transported party without incident.
02/05/24, 1010 HOURS, 21XX AZTEC LN MAIL THEFT
Officer took a theft report from the 2100 block of Aztec Lane. Reporting party stated that mail was taken from
their mailbox in the last week. No known suspects, no known fraudulent activity. Case is inactive.

02/05/24, 1531 HOURS, 23XX PILOT KNOB RD RECOVERED PROPERTY
Officer received a report of a stolen vehicle parked on the 2300 block of Pilot Knob Road. Officer located the
vehicle unoccupied. Officer informed NYPD, the agency it was stolen from, and the vehicle was towed.
02/05/24, 1854 HOURS, 18XX ORCHARD HEIGHTS LN BURGLARY
Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Orchard Heights Lane for a burglary alarm. Officers arrived on scene
and found evidence of forced entry into the residence. Officers cleared the residence and did not locate anyone
inside. Case active.
02/06/24, 0900 HOURS, 7XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD ASSAULT
Juvenile student was assaulted on a school bus on the way to school. Incident forwarded to the SRO.
02/06/24, 2024 HOURS, 21XX FOX PL DANCO VIOLATION
Investigators received a phone call referencing a possible violation of a DANCO over the phone. After speaking
with parties involved, the issue had not yet risen to a violation.
02/07/24, 0803 HOURS, 2XXX VICTORIA RD MENTAL HEALTH
Officer responded to the 2000 block of Victoria Road on a juvenile in crisis. An Emergency Transport Hold was
completed.
02/07/24, 0834 HOURS, 18XX EAGLE RIDGE DR TRESPASSING
Owner of a condominium on Eagle Ridge Dr filed a trespassing report because board members were entering their
property without permission. Contact was made with a board member, apparently this issue will be resolved.
02/07/24, 1421 HOURS, 9XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD HIT & RUN ACCIDENT
Reporting party was involved in a hit and run accident in the 900 block of Mendota Heights Rd. The reporting party
was the driver that struck a vehicle, and left without contacting the owner of the other vehicle. Reporting party
called to report the incident because it was causing him to lose sleep. A records check did not show any calls from
the victim side of this incident.
February 2nd—February 8th, 2024
