Zoning Code Update Open House
The City IS updating the Mendota Heights Zoning Ordinance YOU'RE
to be consisrem with the adopted 20C Comprehensive INURED
Plan. Zoning is Me City primary tool tar reguNbng land use
and implementing the goals and policies of the Cris
Comprehensive Plan.
The Zoning Cade imposes land use controls that regulate what can be built on individual
parcels of land. Proposed developments, from new buildings to small Dome addi4ons, are
required to meet the requirements of the Zoning Code.
