01/05/24, 1701 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR ASSAULT
Officers dispatched to an assault on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Officers made contact with the adult male
victim and adult male suspect. The suspect went to the victim's room and an altercation ensued. The suspect
punched the victim in the face. The suspect was cited and left the residence.
01/06/24, 1212 HOURS, 11XX VICTORIA CURVE ASSIST PUBLIC
Officer took custody of an old firearm that the owner did not want anymore. Property was taken for destruction.

01/07/24, 0123 HOURS, 35E & SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY DRUNKENNESS
Officers responded to the intersection of Interstate 35E and Hwy 13 for an intoxicated individual laying in the
ditch. The individual was located and picked up by a responsible party. Case Status: Informational only
01/07/24, 1249 HOURS, 23XX SWAN DR DISTURBANCE
Officer called to a house located on the 2300 block of Swan Drive for a reported disturbance. Once on scene, found
both parties had left. Soon, the reporting party returned to the scene and explained the situation. The couple had
an argument over the use of marijuana and parenting. No crime took place. Information was collected and a report
was completed. Closed with a report.
01/07/24, 1700 HOURS, 10XX DAKOTA DR WARRANT ARREST
Officers dispatched to a suspicious person at 1000 block of Dakota Drive. Officers made contact with adult male
who had active warrants. Adult male was arrested for warrants, trespassed from the property and taken to Dakota
County Jail. Report made.
01/08/24, 1648 HOURS, LEXINGTON/HWY 62 FLEEING
Officer was on routine patrol and observed occupants in a vehicle litter items on Lexington Avenue and Highway
62. Vehicle went westbound on Highway 62 and began to speed. Officer attempted to stop the vehicle, but the
vehicle fled. Officer elected to terminate the pursuit for safety reasons. KOPS alert entered for the vehicle.
01/09/24, 0247 HOURS, RIVERSIDE/SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY TRAFFIC STOP
Officer was on routine patrol at the intersection of Riverside Lane and Highway 13 when they observed a vehicle
displaying no valid registration. Vehicle stopped and driver was cited for having no registration on their vehicle and
no proof of insurance. Vehicle was towed and set to be released with valid tabs. Driver provided ride home. Closed
by Citation.
