12/01/23, 0145 HOURS, 18XX ORCHARD HEIGHTS LN BURGLARY
Officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress at the 1800 block of Orchard Heights Lane. The homeowner
reported seeing people enter their garage through their video alarm system. Officers set up a perimeter and
conducted a K9 track in the area and were unable to locate the two suspects. No items were reported missing.
CASE STATUS: AcƟve, review cameras in the area.
12/01/23, 0145 HOURS, 17XX LILAC LN THEFT FROM MV
Resident on Lilac Lane discovered that their vehicle had been entered overnight. A checkbook was found in the
area that belonged to this resident and some cash was missing. There are no known suspects. This theŌ is more
than likely linked to the two burglaries and a motor vehicle theŌ in the same area overnight. Case Status: InacƟve
12/01/23, 0218 HOURS, 10XX VICTORIA COURT MV THEFT
Responded to the 1000 block of Victoria Court on a report of a vehicle theŌ. Case is under invesƟgaƟon.
12/01/23, 0744 HOURS, 18XX ORCHARD HILL BURGLARY
Officer took a report of a past acƟon Burglary in the 1800 block of Orchard Hill. Officer gathered informaƟon,

12/01/23, 10XX HOURS, 10XX AVANTI DR LOST PROPERTY
Officer dispatched to a theŌ report on the 1000 block of AvanƟ Drive. Officer made contact with the adult female
reporƟng party who stated her son was a Friendly Hills Middle School student had a pair of Apple air pods go
missing on the school bus. Report made.
12/02/23, 1200 HOURS, 12XX LILYDALE RD PROPERTY DAMAGE
Individual parked her vehicle in the 1200 block of Lilydale Rd. When she returned, a window had been broken.
Nothing was taken from the vehicle. There are no known suspects. Status: InacƟve
12/03/23, 1500 HOURS, 8XX BLUEBILL DR PROPERTY DAMAGE
Officer called to the 800 block of Bluebill Drive for some reported damage to property. Officer was told that a car
had hit the reporƟng parƟes' mailbox the day before. There is no video of the incident. Cleared with a report.
12/04/23, 1423 HOURS, 21XX LEXINGTON AVE S MV Hit & RUN
Officer took a report for a vehicle that had been sideswiped. Report wriƩen.

Officer took a report of an online bomb threat in the 900 block of Straƞord Rd. Officer gathered informaƟon.

Resident from Lilydale has been receiving unwanted phone calls for several months. The resident has documented
these calls with date, and the phone number used. InformaƟon has been forwarded to InvesƟgaƟons. Case Status:

12/07/23, 16XX HOURS,5XX MEARS AVE THEFT MV PARTS
Officers received a report of a theŌ of a license plate in the 500 block of Mears Avenue. License plate was entered
as stolen. The case is currently inacƟve with no known suspects at this Ɵme.
