8/04/23, 0802 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR CRISIS/MENTAL HEALTH
Officer responded to 1300 block of Northland Dr for employees wanƟng to trespass a guest. Officer arrived on
scene and gathered informaƟon. Officer informed individual that they were trespassed.
8/04/23, 1441 HOURS, 2XX G ST THEFT
Officer called reference a package being delivered to her house in the 200 block of G street in Mendota that had
the iPhone removed from it before it was dropped off. There is no suspect informaƟon. Cleared with a report.
8/04/23, 1523 HOURS, DODD RD/MARIE AVE PI ACCIDENT
Officers responded to the intersecƟon of Dodd Road and Marie Avenue for vehicle accident with injuries. One
driver was transported to the hospital for minor injuries. CitaƟon was issued to the driver that caused the collision.
8/05/23, 0326 HOURS, 35E/HWY 62 FLEEING/STOLEN AUTO
Officer on rouƟne patrol of Interstate 35E near Highway 62. Officer observed a vehicle driving above the posted
speed limit. Officer aƩempted to stop the vehicle and the vehicle fled on to 494 WB. Officer terminated the pursuit
for safety reasons while in a construcƟon zone. KOPS alert put out on the vehicle to stop and ID. Plymouth Police
Department later determined the vehicle had recently been stolen from the owner.
8/06/23, 0854 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR STOLEN PLATES
Officer took report in the 1300 block of Northland Drive for a report of a stolen vehicle license plate. Officer
gathered informaƟon, report wriƩen, plate entered in as stolen. Case Status: InacƟve
8/06/23, 1322 HOURS, 8XX MARIE AVE STOLEN AUTO/DRUGS
Officers dispatched to a check the welfare call at Valley Park. Officers located male driver asleep; vehicle came
back stolen. Officers took male into custody. Officers located suspected narcoƟcs on the male. Officers gathered
informaƟon and wrote report. Male was transported to Dakota County Jail.
8/08/23, 0250 HOURS, 35E/MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD FLEEING
Officer was parked on I‐35E and Mendota Heights Road monitoring traffic. Officer observed a vehicle pass his
locaƟon at a high rate of speed. As officer was catching up to the vehicle to iniƟate a traffic stop, the vehicle’s
speeds increased and it exited to Highway 62 where it ran a red light. Officer aƩempted to iniƟate a traffic stop but
the vehicle did not stop. A pursuit was iniƟated and the vehicle eventually stopped on the 400 block of Mendota
Road in West St. Paul. The adult male driver was taken into custody and transported to jail on fleeing charges.

8/09/23, 0124 HOURS, HWY 62/LEXINGTON AV TS/WARRANT
Officer observed a vehicle speeding on west Highway 62/Lexington Avenue. Officer stopped the vehicle and the
adult female driver provided a false name. Officer learned the name was false and the driver had a warrant for her
arrest. The driver was arrested and transported to jail.
8/09/23, 0209 HOURS, 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY FOUND PROPERTY
Officer found abandoned property in the 1300 block of Sibley Memorial Hwy. Officer entered the property into
evidence for safe keeping. Report made.
8/09/23, 1734 HOURS, XX SOMERSET RD FELONY OFP/DRUGS
Officers took an iniƟal report of a theŌ on the 20 block of Somerset Road. The call ended up being a felony order
for protecƟon. A KOPS alert was issued for the suspect. The suspect was arrested in St. Paul and ulƟmately booked
into the Dakota County Jail for theŌ, OFP violaƟons, and drug charges. This case is acƟve pending further
invesƟgaƟon.
8/10/23, 0621 HOURS, 11XX VICTORIA RD DOMESTIC/OFP
Officer responded to 1100 Block of Victoria road for a domesƟc assault in progress. Officers arrived in area and
detained one individual. Officers gathered informaƟon, Individual was transported to hospital with reported
injuries. Case Status: Forward to City AƩorney for charging.
8/10/23, 1328 HOURS, 1XXX DOWNING ST THEFT
Officer took a report of a theŌ from the 1000 block of Downing Street. Personal property was stolen from the yard
of a house. No suspect informaƟon, no camera footage. Case Status: InacƟve.
