June 23th—June 30, 2023
6/23/23, 0256 HOURS, 14XX WACHTLER AVE WARRANT
Officer was on rouƟne patrol on the 1400 block of Wachtler Avenue. Officer observed a vehicle traveling the same
direcƟon and stopped it for a moving violaƟon. Officer learned the adult male driver had a warrant out of Ramsey
County. The male was arrested and transported to jail.
6/23/23, 1245 HOURS, 14XX CHERRY HILL RD SUSPICIOUS
Officer took a report in the 1400 block of Cherry Hill Rd for a female lying in the front yard of a residence who had
possibly been driving intoxicated. Officers responded in the area and found a female inside a residence. Officer
gathered informaƟon and determined no crime was commiƩed.
6/23/23, 1533 HOURS, 7XX SOUTH PLAZA DR FRAUD
Officers took a report at the police department of a possible fraud involving family members. Incident is currently
under invesƟgaƟon.
6/24/23, 0338 HOURS, 35E/I-494 WARRANT/PURSUIT
Officer stopped a vehicle on HWY 35E for expired registraƟon. While learning the driver of the vehicle gave a false
name that showed a warrant, the driver of the vehicle with passengers then fled from traffic stop. Officers pursued
vehicle but ulƟmately cancelled pursuit. Case status inacƟve.
6/24/23, 0450 HOURS, 5XX STONE RD THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer received a report of a theŌ on the 500 block of Stone Road. Officer spoke with the adult male vicƟm who
stated his car was rummaged through and a garage door opener was taken. No suspects. InacƟve.
6/24/23, 0937 HOURS, 23XX APACHE ST THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer took report of a past acƟon theŌ from unlocked auto in the 2300 block of Apache St. Several items were
stolen including idenƟficaƟon documents and money. Purchases were aƩempted with the stolen credit cards.
Officer gathered informaƟon, report wriƩen. Case Status: Pending camera footage results
6/24/23, 2200 HOURS, 20XX PATRICIA ST THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer requested to call a resident living on the 2000 block of Patricia Street who had several unlocked vehicles
broken into overnight. Tools and other items were taken. There is no suspect informaƟon. Cleared with a report.
6/25/23, 0326 HOURS, 13XX D ST BURGLARY
Officers received a report of a burglary on the 1300 block of D Street. Upon Officers arrival, the suspect had leŌ the
scene. The suspect gained entry to a screened porch but was not able to go further into the home. This incident is
under invesƟgaƟon.

6/25/23, 0330 HOURS, X WINDY RIDGE PL AUTO THEFT/BURGLARY
Officer was dispatched to a past acƟon report of theŌ on Windy Ridge Place. Officers arrived and found evidence
of a burglary where a vehicle and other items were stolen from within the garage. Officers gathered evidence and
informaƟon. Officer wrote report. Case status acƟve pending invesƟgaƟon.
6/25/23, 1311 HOURS, 7XX MOHICAN LN MAIL THEFT
Officer took report of a possible theŌ from mailbox, officer gathered informaƟon, wrote report.
6/25/23, 1747 HOURS, 21XX LEXINGTON AVE S THEFT FROM AUTO
Residents noƟced two of their unlocked vehicles had been rummaged through overnight and several keys were
missing. There are no suspects. Case is inacƟve.
6/26/23, 0146 HOURS, 12XX LAKEVIEW AVE AUTO THEFT
Officer called reference the theŌ of a vehicle from the 1200 block of Lakeview Avenue. There was a tracker on the
vehicle showing it located in a neighboring jurisdicƟon. Officer's were asked to check the locaƟon of the vehicle
and vehicle was ulƟmately recovered. InvesƟgaƟon ongoing.
6/23/23, 1520 HOURS, X BEEBE AVE FRAUD
Officer dispatched to a fraud report on Beebe Ave. The reporƟng party advised that he was scammed out of
money from a phishing scam. Officer gathered informaƟon from reporƟng party. Officer completed a search
warrant to gather more informaƟon.
6/26/23, 0439 HOURS, 20XX ACACIA DR AUTO TAMPER/BURGLARY
Officer called reference a burglary that had taken place on the 2000 block of Acacia Drive in the early morning
hours. A garage was accessed and vehicles looked through. There is no suspect informaƟon. Closed with a report.
6/26/23, 0807 HOURS, 13XX 2ND ST FRAUD
Officer was dispatched to a report of auto theŌ at a residence in the 1300 block of 2nd St. ReporƟng party stated
vehicle was unlocked and accessed without the key fob. Vehicle was later recovered. Case under invesƟgaƟon.
6/26/23, 0910 HOURS, 6XX EVERGREEN KNOLL THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer called reference a theŌ of catalyƟc converter from the 600 block of Evergreen Knoll that occurred some-
Ɵme over the weekend. There is no suspect informaƟon. Cleared with a report.
6/26/23, 0844 HOURS, 20XX ACACIA DR AUTO THEFT/FRAUD
Officer dispatched to a theŌ of motor vehicle at the 2000 block of Acacia Dr. The reporƟng party advised that her
vehicle and purse were stolen. The reporƟng party advised that her credit card was used. Officer gathered
informaƟon. Officer located stolen vehicle; reporƟng party was noƟfed and picked up vehicle. Case status pending.

6/26/23, 1022 HOURS, 13XX VICTORY AVE THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer dispatched to a theŌ from motor vehicle on the 1300 block of Victory Ave. The reporƟng party advised that
items were taken from her vehicle overnight as well as from other visitor vehicles. Officer gathered informaƟon
and wrote report.
6/26/23, 1203 HOURS, 21XX HWY 13 THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer dispatched to a damage to property call at the 2100 block of Hwy 13. The reporƟng party stated that her
vehicle's window was broken someƟme over the night. Officer gathered informaƟon. The reporƟng party later
advised that her vehicle's igniƟon was damaged too. Officer arrived on and took photos; Officer determined that
suspect(s) aƩempted to steal the vehicle. Officer collected security camera images from building management.
Officer wrote report.
6/26/23, 1441 HOURS, 12XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD SCAM
Officer took a scam report from the 1200 block of Mendota Heights Road. Items were sent to an unknown enƟty
aŌer being scammed. InformaƟon gathered, invesƟgaƟon on-going.
6/26/23, 1643 HOURS, 13XX CHERRY HILL RD THEFT FROM AUTO
On 6/26/2023, Officers took a report of a theŌ from motor vehicle in the 1300 Block of Cherry Hill Road. Passenger
side window was broken and access gained someƟme overnight.
6/26/23, 1930 HOURS, 14XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD HIT &RUN
Officer responded to the 1400 block of Mendota Heights Road for a report of a hit and run. Officer reviewed
surveillance footage and was able to idenƟfy the suspect driving the vehicle that leŌ the scene of the accident.
Officer issued a citaƟon to the suspect for hit and run.
6/26/23, 1930 HOURS, 14XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD IMPOUND
Officer observed stalled vehicle on Hwy 62 / Dodd. Vehicle was unoccupied and officers were unable to locate the
driver. Vehicle towed due to it blocking lanes and being a hazard. NCIC impound entry; report made
6/26/23, 2231 HOURS, 24XX VISITATION DR STOLEN PROPERTY
Officer stopped out with a suspicious vehicle parked on the 2400 block of VisitaƟon Drive. The officer looked inside
the window of the vehicle and observed a second plate. The plate came back stolen out of HasƟngs. The vehicle
owner responded to the scene and denied knowing the plate was in the vehicle. Forward to the City AƩorney for
charging and to the HasƟngs Police Department.
6/27/23, 0800 HOURS, 7XX MAIN ST THEFT
Individual had their wallet stolen from a business. Charges were made to their credit card in another city. Incident

6/29/23, 0120 HOURS, 9XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Officers observed a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of Mendota Heights Road. One of passengers in the vehicle
provided false informaƟon to the police; subject was warned and a parent picked up the juvenile. No charges;
informaƟonal report.
6/29/23, 1600 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR DISTURB PEACE
Officers responded to an angry guest on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Guest was argumentaƟve. Officers
stood by while staff told her she would have to leave the hotel. Case status clear with report.
6/30/23, 0041 HOURS, NORTHLAND DR/PILOT KNOB AOA
Mendota Heights Officers assisted Inver Grove Heights Police apprehend an armed robbery suspect who stole a
vehicle at gun point in their city. Vehicle was disabled using stop sƟcks on the interstate. Suspect stopped in
Mendota Heights and was not compliant. Officers used a Taser to take the suspect into custody without further
incident. Case status clear with report.
