Weekly Crime Report
June 16th—June 22nd, 2023
6/17/23, 1724 HOURS, 16XX LILYDALE ROAD DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Lilydale Road for a report of a disturbance. Officers arrived on scene
and the female refused to identify herself. The female was cited for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal
process. Female was booked and released at Dakota County Jail.
6/17/23, 1940 HOURS, SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY WARRANT
Officer initiated a traffic stop due to a speeding violation. The driver was determined to have a warrant out of
Dakota County. The driver was transported to Dakota County Jail.
6/18/23, 1752 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY DOMESTIC
Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Officers spoke with both parties involved
an arrested the female half. The female was transported to Dakota County Jail and booked for domestic assault.
Forward to Dakota County Attorney's Office for formal charging.
6/18/23, 2351 HOURS, HWY 35E FLEEING
Officer was on routine patrol traveling northbound I-35E and Highway 62. Officer observed a white sports car
traveling at a high rate of speed and attempted to stop the vehicle. The vehicle fled from the Officer and during the
pursuit, the Officer lost sight of the vehicle and terminated the pursuit. Ramsey County Deputies found the vehicle
at the registered owners address and arrested the owner on unrelated charges. The vehicle was towed for
forfeiture.
6/19/23, 0900 HOURS, 17XX LEXINGTON AVE CHECK WELFARE
Officer dispatched to a check the welfare at the 1700 block of Lexington Ave. The reporting party stated that they
were concerned for the welfare of the resident due to the condition of the home. Officer responded and was
unable to make contact with the homeowner. Officer could visibly see the condition of the home was poor. Officer
wrote report and report was sent to Dakota County Adult Social Services .
6/19/23, 1044 HOURS, 23XX PILOT KNOB ROAD WARRANT
Officers called to a private business on the 2300 block of Pilot Knob Road for a reported male trespassing. The
suspect was located, found to be in possession of narcotics and arrested. Cleared by arrest.

6/19/23, 1538 HOURS, 6XX HWY 62 OFP NOTIFICATION
Officer responded to a civil assist on the 600 block of Highway 62. Officer made contact with a party regarding an
unserved order for protect. Officer made contact with the other party and served the order. Report as information
only.
6/20/23, 1256 HOURS, 7XX MOHICAN LANE THEFT
Officer called to the 700 block of Mohican Lane for a reported theft. Victim reported that his mail, and likely that of
some of his neighbors had been stolen out of their mailboxes. No video or suspect information. Closed with a
report.
6/21/23, 1128 HOURS, 18XX DELAWARE AVE ASSAULT
Officer took a report of a past action assault that occurred in the 1800 block of Delaware Ave. Officer gathered
information, report written Case Status: Pending follow up
6/21/23, 1253 HOURS, 18XX EAGLE RIDGE DR AOA
Officers assisted Hennepin County Sheriff's Office with executing a search warrant at the 1800 Block of Eagle Ridge
Dr.
6/21/23, 2032 HOURS, 7XX MOHICAN LANE CRISIS/MENTAL HEALTH
Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Mohican Lane on a report of a disturbance. A resident of the house
was upset with staff and walked away. Officers made contact with the resident and brought him back to the
residence. Staff supervisor was notified, who in turn contacted the resident's guardian. DC Crisis was notified via
this report. Matter of record.
6/22/23, 0138 HOURS, 12XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS ROAD BURGLARY
Officers were dispatched to an alarm at the 1200 block of Mendota Heights Road. After arriving and speaking with
a witness and the alarm company, Officers determined that someone had forcibly entered the business and left
the area. It was unclear if anything was stolen at this time. Video surveillance was requested and will be provided
on 06/23/2023. A brief description of the suspect vehicle and persons was obtained.
6/22/23, 1246 HOURS, 7XX SOUTH PLAZA DRIVE CHECK WELFARE
Responded to the 700 block of South Plaza Drive to check the welfare of a driver and juvenile occupant of a car.
Report forwarded to Child Protection.
