May 26th—June 1st, 2023
5/26/23, 2117 HOURS, 23XX APACHE CT DOG BITE
Officer was dispatched to a dog bite report on the 2300 block of Apache Ct. Officer called the adult female
reporting party who said her juvenile daughter was bitten in the face by a neighbor dog and self transported to the
hospital. Dog was declared potentially dangerous.
5/27/23, 0950 HOURS, 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT
Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Hwy for a theft of outdoor plants and lanterns.
Officers contacted reporting party and took information. No suspect information or cameras.
5/27/23, 1320 HOURS, 14XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD LEWD CONDUCT
Officer was called to investigate reported lewd conduct at a park on the south end of a Mendota Heights park.
Officer located a suspect leaving the park, and a traffic stop was made. The suspect admitted to his activity and
was found in possession of alcohol and drugs. Case sent for formal charges.
5/27/23, 1520 HOURS, 2XXX VICTORIA RD SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Officers were dispatched to an open door at the 2000 block of Victoria Road. Officers arrived and found that forced
entry had been made to the residence. Officers cleared the residence. Officers have been unable to contact the
home owner to determine if a crime occurred or not. There's no suspect information.
5/28/23, 0203 HOURS, HWY 62/LEXINGTON AVE FIREARM/DWI
Officer conducted a motorist assist on Highway 62 EB at the intersection with Lexington Ave. Driver was found
slumped over with a firearm under his leg. Driver was identified as a convicted felon and was intoxicated. Driver
was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, DWI refusal and active warrants.
5/28/23, 1955 HOURS, 2XXX VICTORIA RD SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Officers responded to 2000 Block of Victoria Rd for a report of someone breaking windows at a residence. Officers
arrived and located four juveniles inside the residence. It appeared the windows had already been damaged from
a previous incident. The parents of the juveniles were called and informed of the situation.
5/28/23, 2345 HOURS, 35E/HWY 13 DWI
Officer conducted a traffic stop at 35E and Highway 13. Officer suspected the driver was impaired and conducted
roadside field sobriety tests. The driver was arrested for 3rd degree DWI and transported to jail.

5/29/23, 0022 HOURS, 35E/WAGON WHEEL TR DWI
Officer observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Highway 35E. Officer conducted a traffic stop and
suspected the driver was impaired. Officer conducted roadside sobriety tests. Driver was arrested and brought to
the police department for further testing. Driver was ultimately charged with DWI and brought to the Dakota
County Jail.
5/30/23, 1728 HOURS, 14XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD HIT & RUN
Officer took a report of a past action hit & run that occurred in the 1400 block of Mendota Heights Rd. Officer
gathered information and wrote a report. Case pending possible video surveillance.
5/31/23, 1131 HOURS, 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT
Resident that lives in the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Hwy, had their catalytic converter stolen from their
vehicle. It happened between 05/27/2023 and 05/31/2023. There are no suspects, there is no video available.
5/31/23, 1429 HOURS, 16XX LILYDALE RD THEFT
Park user parked their vehicle in the lot off of the 1600 block of Lilydale Rd. When the owner returned, it was
discovered that the front passenger side window had been shattered. Items stolen were the vehicles ash tray as
well as the several marijuana roaches that were in it. There are no known suspects.
5/31/23, 1551 HOURS, 5XX BUTLER AVE THEFT
Officer was dispatched to a theft report on the 500 block of Butler Ave. Resident reported their package of dog
food that was delivered had been stolen. The victim called the store and they said the food was delivered
sometime between 5/15/2023 and 5/26/2023. No suspects at this time.
6/01/23, 1034 HOURS, 23XX PILOT KNOB RD ASSAULT
Officer responded to the 2300 block of Pilot Knob Road on a report of an assault with the use of an edged weapon.
Investigation led to an adult being arrested.
6/01/23, 1443 HOURS, 25XX BROOKFIELD LN IDENTITY THEFT
Resident who resides on the 2500 block of Brookfield Lane discovered that there was an authorized transaction in
her online bank account. The bank was notified and will be investigating the fraud.
