04/21/23, 0945 HOURS, 8XX MARIE AVE FOUND PROPERTY
Resident using the trail system through Valley Park noticed an abandoned bicycle. The bike was retrieved, and
placed inside the locker in the city water tower.
04/21/23, 1341 HOURS, 18XX DELAWARE AVE PD ACCIDENT
Two students were involved in a minor property damage accident. The incident took place in a parking lot in the
1800 block of Delaware Av.
04/21/23, 1456 HOURS, 1XXX ACACIA BLVD ANIMAL CALL
Officers responded to the Mendota Heights Dog Park at 1360 Acacia for an animal call. One dog received minor
injuries afler a dog scuftfe at the park. Officers were able to make contact with all parties. One dogs rabies vaccine
lapsed and its owners are taking the appropriate steps. There is no crime associated with this call. Case status clear
with report.
04/22/23, 1822 HOURS, 7XX N PLAZA DR PD ACCIDENT
Officer responded to 700 block of N Plaza Drive for a traffic accident property damage only. Officer gathered
information, report written
04/23/23, 1354 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR THEFT
Guest at a hotel on Northland Dr returned afler a week away and discovered that the catalytic convertor was
stolen from their vehicle. There are no known suspect(s). Case Status: Inactive
04/23/23, 1605 HOURS, 35E SB RECKLESS DRIVING
Officer stopped a vehicle for speeding on southbound 35E at Mendota Heights Road. The driver was arrested for
reckless driving and booked and released with a citation.
04/23/23, 1707 HOURS, 21XX DODD RD ANIMAL CALL
Officer responded to the 2100 block of Dodd Rd for an unleashed dog attacking another dog. Officer gathered
information, report written.
04/23/23, 1756 HOURS, 18XX HUNTER LANE TAMPERING
Officer responded to 1800 block of Hunter Lane for a report of someone entering vehicles. No suspects on scene,

04/23/23, 1537 HOURS, 15XX VICTORIA RD ANIMAL COMPLAINT
Investigated an incident in the 1500 block of Victoria Road involving a potentially dangerous dog running at large
harassing livestock. Citation was issued to the dog owner for allowing it to run at large.
04/23/23, 1736 HOURS, HWY 62 W ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
Officer assisted Eagan at 62/35E with a traffic stop in relation to a thefl in progress. One male fled on foot from the
traffic stop. The male was ultimately apprehended and transported to the hospital for injuries sustained from
fleeing. Report written
04/24/23, 1516 HOURS, COPPERFIELD DR PI ACCIDENT
Two vehicle accident with injuries at Delaware and Copperfield
04/24/23, 1900 HOURS, 5XX WINSTON CT THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE
Officer was dispatched to a thefl of motor vehicle call at the 500 block of Winston Ct. The reporting party advised
that the vehicle was parked in their driveway and was taken sometime overnight. Officer gathered information and
wrote report.
04/25/23, 1129 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT
Officer dispatched to a thefl of gasoline call at the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Hwy. The reporting party advised
that the suspect was a repeat offender. Officer gathered information. Officer made contact with RO and found that
the RO sold the vehicle a year ago. Report written.
04/25/23, 1724 HOURS, 7XX DEIGO LN THEFT
Officer took a report at Police Department for thefl from a motor vehicle. Officer gathered information, report
taken
04/26/23, 1033 HOURS, 5XX BUTLER AVE SUSPICIOUS PERSON
Dispatched to an address off of Butler Av. Home owner was advised by a neighbor that there may have been a
person in her garage. The suspect was located, was experience some mental health and addiction issues. No crime
was committed, subject transported to St Paul. Case Status: Inactive

04/26/23, 1623 HOURS, DELAWARE AVE ANIMAL COMPLAINT
Officers dispatched to the 1800 Block of Delaware Ave for the report of a lose dog. Officers took custody of the dog
and transported dog to area animal hospital.
04/27/23, 0827 HOURS, 12XX WACHTLER AVE TRAFFIC STOP/DAR
Observed a vehicle on Hwy 13 near Lilydale Rd. Did not have a front plate. Got behind this vehicle (3 cars between
us). Driver made an abrupt, signaled turn into a business on Hwy 13.The temp plate was run, not on file. I exited
the lot, driver did as well shortly afler me. Got behind vehicle a second time. Vehicle pulled into a driveway on
Wachtler and exited the vehicle. Driver ID'd by plastic ID card. Vehicle was not registered in MN, expired TX, clear.
Citation issued for DAR, vehicle impounded. Cleared by citation.
04/27/23, 1635 HOURS, LEXINGTON AVE PD ACCIDENT
Officers dispatched to Lexington Ave/EB Hwy 62 for a property damage accident. Officers arrived on scene and
collected information form both drivers. Officers completed report. The at fault driver was cited. Case status: Clear
with report.
