February 17th—February 23rd, 2023
02/17/23, 0846 HOURS, 7XX EVERGREEN KN MENTAL HEALTH
Officers responded to the 700 block of Evergreen Knolls in-reference-to suspicious actfvity. While there, it
appeared to be more mental health related. Case sent to Dakota County Social Services.
02/18/23, 1503 HOURS, 5XX SPRING ST DOMESTIC
Officers received a report of a domestfc on the 500 block of Spring St. Upon arrival, an adult male and female were
already separated. Officers spoke with both partfes and advised each to stay separated. Case forwarded for
potentfal charges on both partfes.
02/19/23, 0252 HOURS, 6XX 3RD ST DOMESTIC
Officer were dispatched to a report of a domestfc on the 600 block of 3rd Ave. Officer spoke with both partfes
involved in the incident. Officers determined there was no crime and assisted one party with transportatfon to a
hotel.
02/20/23, 1138 HOURS, 3XX E ST FRAUD
Officer was given a Minnesota Adult Abuse Reportfng Center report reference a woman living near the 300 block
of E. Street in Mendota. During the investfgatfon, officer found evidence of identfty theft and theft. Case was
forwarded to the Dakota County Attorney's office for charging.
02/20/23, 1621 HOURS, 7XX MOHICAN LN MENTAL HEALTH
Officers responded to a crisis related call near the 700 block of Mohican Lane. A party had allegedly used some sort
of drug and was experiencing a mental health crisis. Officer placed a person on a hold to be evaluated at a hospital.
02/20/23, 2027 HOURS, 3XX E ST MENTAL HEALTH
Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of E Street for a report of a female hitting a vehicle with a hammer.
Officers arrived on scene and determined it was mental health related. The female was transported to the hospital
on a hold. Case sent to city attorney for formal charges.
02/20/23, 2157 HOURS, 22XX WATERS DR BURGLARY
Officers responded to a burglary in progress on the 2200 block of Waters Dr. Officers arrived on scene and found
forced entry into the business. Officers cleared the building and did not locate any suspects on site. The business
did have video footage of the suspects. Case forwarded to investfgatfons.

02/21/23, 1012 HOURS, 19XX KNOB RD MEDICAL
Officer was dispatched to a medical on the 1900 block of Knob Rd. The reportfng party advised that he thought
that he may have overdosed. Officer gathered informatfon. Reportfng party was transported to the hospital.
02/21/23, 1045 HOURS, 18XX DELAWARE AVE MENTAL HEALTH
Student attempted to fight another student. When staff intervened, student ran out of the building and began
making suicidal statements. The parent arrived and it was decided the student should go to the hospital for an
evaluatfon.
02/21/23, 1325 HOURS, 26XX CONCORD WAY FRAUD
Officers responded to a report of internet fraud that happened on the 2600 block of Concord Way. Reportfng party
advised that he invested money with an online cryptocurrency platiorm called Bitcoin Gate and as of today he is
out $750,000.00. He was given resources to report this incident to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center.
02/22/23, 1027 HOURS, 7XX LINDEN ST IDENTITY THEFT
Resident in the 700 block of Linden St became a victfm of identfty theft. The resident unknowingly gave her credit
card, bank informatfon, and photo of their drivers license to an unknown person. The informatfon was thought to
have been provided to eBay. Once charges appeared, it was discovered that the actfvity was unauthorized. The
suspects are not known.
02/22/23, 2052 HOURS, 2XXX VICTORIA RD MENTAL HEALTH
Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Victoria Road for a report of two females who were fightfng. Officers
arrived on scene and determined it was mental health related. The female was transported to the hospital on a
hold. Case was forwarded to the City Attorney for review.
02/23/23, 1107 HOURS, 7XX MAIN ST FRAUD
Investfgators were forwarded a report from Richfield who received a report of a forged signature on a document
which occurred in Mendota Heights. Investfgators contacted the suspect, who could explain the situatfon, and
Investfgators determined that no criminal conduct had occurred.
02/23/23, 1150 HOURS, HWY 62/DODD RD AOA
Officers assisted IGH PD with a pursuit of a vehicle. The vehicle crashed into a snowbank at 35E and Shepard Rd.
The partfes in the vehicle were arrested.
