11/18/22, 1705 HOURS, 6XX ARCADIA DR THEFT
Officer took a theŌ of license plate report on the 600 block of Arcadia. There are no suspects. Plates entered as
stolen. Case status clear with report.
11/19/22, 0638 HOURS, 5XX KIRCHNER AVE ATTEMPTED BURGLARY
Officers called to the area near the 500 block of Kirchner Avenue for a suspicious person trying to get into houses.
Officer located the suspect who fled on foot. Officer caught the suspect and took him into custody where
suspected narcoƟcs were removed from his person. The suspect was transported to the Dakota County Jail.
Forwarded to the Dakota County Drug Task Force.
11/19/22, 1547 HOURS, 10XX OVERLOOK RD FRAUD
Resident reported fraud on their line of credit at a retail store. There are no suspects at this Ɵme. This case will be
forwarded to invesƟgaƟons for follow‐up.
11/19/22, 1730 HOURS, 10XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT
Officer was dispatched to a report of theŌ on the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Hwy. Officer determined a
catalyƟc converter was stolen. Officer gathered informaƟon and wrote report, there are no suspects at this Ɵme.
11/19/22, 1800 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR THEFT
Officer was dispatched to a theŌ report on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Officer spoke with the vicƟm who
stated the catalyƟc converter from his vehicle had been cut out and stolen from his vehicle someƟme this evening.
VicƟm was not able to provide suspect informaƟon and no surveillance video was available from the parking lot.
11/20/22, 1606 HOURS, 14XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY THEFT
Officers took a catalyƟc converter theŌ report on the 1400 block of Sibley Memorial Hwy. There are no suspects at
this Ɵme. Case status closed with report.
11/20/22, 2234 HOURS, 15XX HWY 55 FLEEING
Officer was on rouƟne patrol traveling WB Highway 62 and Highway 13. Officer observed a vehicle traveling the
same direcƟon at a high rate of speed. Officer aƩempted to stop the vehicle, but it did not stop. Officer pursued
for a short distance before terminaƟng for safety reasons. Suspect was later idenƟfied and sent for charging for
Felony Fleeing and Driving AŌer CancellaƟon—Inimical to Public Safety.

11/21/22, 1148 HOURS, SIBLEY MEMORIAL/GARDEN LN WARRANT ARREST
Officer was on rouƟne patrol traveling WB Highway 62 and Highway 13. Officer observed a vehicle traveling the
same direcƟon at a high rate of speed. Officer aƩempted to stop the vehicle, but it did not stop. Officer pursued

11/22/22, 0630 HOURS, LEXINGTON/AVANTI PROPERTY DAMAGE
Officer observed damage to property near the intersecƟon of Lexington Avenue and AvanƟ Drive. Several
mailboxes were damaged by what appeared to be a vehicle. No suspects. Case InacƟve.
11/22/22, 2223 HOURS, HWY 13/RIVERSIDE LN 3RD DEG DWI
Officer was parked on Highway 13 and Riverside Lane monitoring traffic. Officer observed a vehicle fail to maintain
its lane while traveling south on Highway 13 and Riverside Lane. Officer followed the vehicle and again observed it
to fail to maintain its lane. Officer stopped the vehicle and spoke with the adult female driver who showed signs of
impairment. SFSTs were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest and transported to jail.
11/23/22, 1103 HOURS, 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY SUSPICIOUS VEH
Officers called to a gas staƟon located near the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway for a male, asleep in his
vehicle. On scene, he was put through standard field sobriety tesƟng. It was ulƟmately decided that he should call
for a ride home and arrange to have his vehicle removed later. InformaƟon only.
11/25/22, 1710 HOURS, HIDDEN CREEK/DODD RD PAPER SERVICE
Officer stopped a car because the registered owner had an unserved order for protecƟon. The driver was the
registered owner and was served a short form. Case status closed with report.
11/25/22, 1721 HOURS, DELAWARE/MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD DWI
Officers were dispatched to a possible vehicle crash at Delaware and Mendota Heights Road. The vehicle did not
crash, it just veered off the road. The driver was placed through field sobriety tests, blew over the legal limit and
was arrested for DUI. A child was in the vehicle. The driver refused to take the required breath test and was
booked into the Dakota County Jail for 2nd degree DUI. Case status closed with adult arrest.
11/27/22, 0138 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR THEFT
Officer received a report of a theŌ of a catalyƟc converter on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. The theŌ
occurred between 11/21 and 11/27. There are no suspects at this Ɵme.

11/27/22, 1900 HOURS, SIBLEY MEMORIAL/GARDEN LN WARRANT ARREST
Officer took a damage to property report from the 1100 block of Dodd Road. ReporƟng party's vehicle was broken
into, and it was believed that the unknown suspects were aƩempƟng to steal the vehicle. No suspects known.
Case inacƟve.
11/28/22, 0316 HOURS, 35E/SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY TAMPERING
Officer was on rouƟne patrol traveling south on I‐35E and Highway 13. Officer observed a vehicle traveling the
same direcƟon that was speeding and had expired registraƟon. Officer stopped the vehicle and shortly aŌer the
vehicle fled. Officer pursued the vehicle, but terminated shortly aŌer for safety reasons. A neighboring agency
located the vehicle, stopped it and arrested the driver. The driver was transported to the Dakota County Jail for
fleeing and mulƟple warrants.
11/29/22, 0911 HOURS, DODD RD/EMERSON CRASH
Officer dispatched to a crash that was blocking the intersecƟon of Dodd and Emerson. No injuries reported, both
vehicles towed due to damage. State report made.
12/01/22, 0449 HOURS, HWY 13/RIVERSIDE LN 3RD DEG DWI
Of/ficer was parked on Highway 13 and Riverside Lane monitoring traffic. Officer observed a vehicle fail to
maintain its lane while traveling south on Highway 13 and Riverside Lane. Officer followed the vehicle and again
observed it to fail to maintain its lane. Officer stopped the vehicle and spoke with the adult female driver who
