Weekly Crime Report
November 4th—November 10th, 2022
11/4/22, 2039 HOURS, PILOT KNOB RD DWI
Officers stopped a driving complaint for a suspected drunk driver. Driver showed multiple signs of impairment and
failed roadside sobriety tests. Driver was arrested for DUI, provided a test, and booked into the Dakota County Jail
for Gross Misdemeanor DUI. Case status clear with adult arrest.
11/4/22, 2351 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR CRISIS
Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Northland Drive for a Crisis/ Mental health. Officers arrived on scene
and spoke with the patient. Patient became agitated and resisted officers. Patient was restrained and transported
to a hospital.
11/5/22, 1958 HOURS, 23XX FIELD STONE DR MENTAL HEALTH
Officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Field Stone Drive for a report of a mental health crisis. Officers
arrived on scene and made contact with all parties involved. The involved party was transported to the hospital on
a hold.
11/6/22, 1653 HOURS, 16XX ROBERT ST S AOA
Mendota Heights Officers responded to assist West St. Paul for a suspicious male running with a knife on the 1600
block of Robert. Officers identified the male and he was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant with
minimal issue. Case status clear with report.
11/6/22, 2327 HOURS, DODD ROAD DRUGS
Officer was on routine patrol traveling east on Highway 62 and I-35E. Traveling the same direction was a truck with
equipment violations. Officer stopped the vehicle and spoke with the adult male driver. While speaking with him,
the Officer observed loose ammunition inside the vehicle. It was later learned the male was an ineligible person to
possess ammunition and/or firearms. The male was arrested. The adult female passenger was identified to have
warrants and had a controlled substance in her possession. She was also arrested. Both were transported to jail.
11/7/22, 0728 HOURS, 35E SOUTH WARRANT ARREST
Responded to 35E south of Highway 13 to assist State Patrol with a pedestrian on the freeway. Subject had a
warrant for their arrest and was transported to the Dakota County Jail.

11/7/22, 1143 HOURS, 8XX HILLTOP ROAD THEFT
Officer dispatched to a theft of catalytic converter at the 800 block of Hilltop Rd. The reporting party stated that
her vehicle's catalytic converter some time over the last week. Officer gathered information and wrote report.
11/7/22, 0130 HOURS, 13XX PAMELA LANE THEFT
Responded to the 1600 block of Pamela Lane on a report of a stolen vehicle. No suspects or evidence. Vehicle
entered into the NCIC database.
11/7/22, 1359 HOURS, 7XX PLAZA DRIVE N FRAUD
Officers responded to the 700 block of North Plaza Drive for someone that faxed a fraudulent prescription. The
suspect's name is known. The prescription was not filled. This will be forwarded to investigations.
11/7/22, 1630 HOURS, 14XX MENDOTA HTS RD MISSING PERSON
Adult reported as missing by parent. Person entered as missing.
11/7/22, 2339 HOURS, SIBLEY MEM HWY PURSUIT
Officer was parked monitoring traffic on Highway 13 and Riverside Lane. Officer observed a vehicle pass him with a
broken out back window. As the Officer went on the roadway, the vehicle conducted an unsafe U -turn and travel
south on Highway 13 heavily weaving within its lane while gaining speed. Officer attempted to stop the vehicle,
but the vehicle did not stop. A pursuit ensued, but was later terminated for safety reasons. A KOPS Alert was sent
out on the vehicle.
11/7/22, 2000 HOURS, 5XX FREMONT STREET THEFT
Officer called about a laptop that had been taken out of an unlocked car parked near the 500 block of Fremont
Street. There are no cameras on the house and no available suspect information. The case is inactive.
11/8/22, 1214 HOURS, 6XX MENDOTA ROAD ASSAULT/THEFT
Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Mendota Road for a suspicious incident. The suspect was seen taking
bicycles from a yard. Second caller reported a male held a knife at them and drove away. Suspect was placed into
custody in their driveway for felony theft and assault. The suspect was transported to Dakota County Jail.
11/8/22, 2344 HOURS, 5XX JOHN STREET SUSPICIOUS PERSON
Officer was on routine patrol when they observed a suspicious vehicle on Hiawatha Avenue and Chippewa
Avenue. Officer observed the vehicle drive around the area and stop on the 500 block of John Street. The adult
female driver exited the vehicle and sat on the front steps of a home. Officer spoke with the female and learned
she had a warrant. She was arrested and transported to jail.

11/9/22, 0457 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR WARRANT ARREST
Officers dispatched to a suspicious activity call on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Dispatch obtained the name
of the adult male caller and found the adult male caller had multiple active warrants. Officers investigated the sus-
picion which was unfounded and arrested the adult male caller for his active warrants. Report made.
11/9/22, 0819 HOURS, 8XX CHERI LANE THEFT
Officer called reference a theft from vehicle that took place near the 800 block of Cheri Lane overnight. The vehi-
cle was unlocked and there is no suspect information. The case is inactive.
