September 30th—October 6, 2022
9/30/2022, 1440 HOURS, 13XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD CAR VS POLE
Officer dispatched to the 1300 block of Mendota Heights Road on the report of a single vehicle motor vehicle
crash. The driver of the vehicle struck a pole in a parking lot. The driver had sustained minor injuries and self
transported to the hospital.
9/30/2022, 1733 HOURS, 12XX LILYDALE RD THEFT FROM MV
Officers took a theŌ from vehicle report from the 1200 block of Lilydale Road. A window was smashed and a purse
stolen. There are no suspects at this Ɵme. Case clear with report.
10/01/2022, 0319 HOURS, I35E/HWY 13 DAC-IPS
Officer was on rouƟne patrol traveling south on I‐35E and Highway 13. Officer observed a vehicle traveling the
same direcƟon at a high rate of speed. Officer stopped the vehicle and observed the adult male driver and adult
female passenger to switch seats once the vehicle was stopped. Officer learned the male had a driving status of
Canceled‐IPS and he was arrested. The male was transported to jail.
10/01/2022, 0412 HOURS, 2500 LEXINGTON AVE S BURGLARY
Officer was dispatched to an alarm on the 2500 block of Lexington Ave. Officer met with the owner and found that
a TV had been taken from the building. Officer gathered informaƟon, InvesƟgaƟon is ongoing.
10/01/2022, 0830 HOURS, 1000 WAGON WHEEL TRL FOUND PROPERTY
Officer dispatched to a found bike at the 1000 block of Wagon Wheel Trail. The reporƟng party stated that a bike
had been in the middle of the park for a number of days. Officer located the bike and transported it to the MH
water tower for safekeeping.
10/01/2022, 2230 HOURS, 13XX NORTHLAND DR THEFT FROM MV
Officer dispatched to a theŌ of catalyƟc converter at the 1300 block of Northland Dr. The reporƟng party advised
that it was stolen some Ɵme overnight. Officer gathered informaƟon and wrote report.
10/02/2022, 0329 HOURS, HWY 62/35E AOA
Officer was advised by dispatch that another agency was pursuing a vehicle and had terminated the pursuit. Officer
located the vehicle and aƩempted to stop the vehicle, but it did not stop. Officer terminated the pursuit for safety
reasons.

10/02/2022, 1034 HOURS, HWY 62/DELAWARE AV ACCIDENT
MHPD Officers responded to a injury crash at the intersecƟon of Hwy 62 and Delaware Avenue. Vehicle westbound on Hwy 62 ran a red
light and struck a vehicle that was southbound on Delaware Avenue. Driver that ran the red light had minor injuries and was transported
to the hospital. Both vehicles sustained major damage and were towed by Southeast Towing. Driver cited for the semaphore violaƟon.
10/02/2022, 0610 HOURS, 19XX SOUTH LN PROPERTY DAMAGE
Officer dispatched to a damage to property call at the 1900 block of South Lane. The reporƟng party stated that her light pole had been
backed into. Officer gathered informaƟon and wrote report.
10/03/2022, 0131 HOURS, HWY 62/DELWARE TABS/WARRANT
Officer conducted traffic stop at Highway 62/Delaware Ave for expired tabs. Adult male driver had an acƟve Washington County warrant.
Adult male driver transported to Dakota County Jail. Report made.
10/03/2022, 0934 HOURS, 19XX SOUTH LN DRUG ACTIVITY
InvesƟgators responded to the 2400 block of Pilot Knob Road on reports of found narcoƟcs following an arrest made a few days ago. Nar‐
coƟcs were recovered, and an invesƟgaƟon is ongoing.
10/03/2022, 1322 HOURS, 12XX NORTHLAND DR WARRANT ARREST
Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Northland Drive to invesƟgate a suspicious person. Officers located the person who was
subsequently arrested on a warrant. No current charges.
10/03/2022, 2344 HOURS, 7XX MOHICAN LN THEFT FROM MV
Officer called by a male living near the 700 block of Mohican Lane reference his vehicle being entered overnight and his garage door
opener being stolen. Officer recovered video from a neighbor; there is no suspect informaƟon at this Ɵme. Case inacƟve.
10/06/2022, 0124 HOURS, HWY 13/I35E 2ND DEG DWI
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registraƟon and while speaking with the driver, the officer observed signs the
driver was impaired. Officer conducted a field sobriety test and the driver was arrested for DWI The vehicle was impounded to Mark’s
Towing and driver was booked into the Dakota County Jail.
10/06/2022, 0456 HOURS, 7XX SOUTH PLAZA DR WARRANT ARREST
Officers were dispatched to a commercial burglary alarm at a construcƟon site on the 700 block of South Plaza Drive. The alarm company
reported garage entry. Officers arrived and located a male who admiƩed to entering onto the property to uƟlize the Biffy on site. The
male was discovered to have a misdemeanor theŌ warrant out of Ramsey County and was arrested without incident. No other crime was
observed or suspected and the male was booked into the Ramsey County Jail for his warrant .No local charges.
10/06/2022, 0956 HOURS, 19XX VICTORIA RD DENTITY THEFT
Resident from the 1900 block of Victoria Rd. was the vicƟm of idenƟty theŌ. The resident used "pay at the pump" in St Paul last month.
On 10‐05‐2022 it was discovered that there were four unauthorized transacƟons on their credit card. The charges have been reversed. I
was provided with a metro area address where one item was shipped. Case Status: Forward to invesƟgaƟons.
