Mission To preserve and enhance the quality of life in Mendota Heights by providing quality public safety, infrastructure, and planning for orderly and sustainable growth. Powers & Duties Advise city council on matters pertaining to airport noise and operations. Make recommendations regarding strategies to mitigate city’s air noise exposure.
