4/27/2022, 1955 HOURS, HWY 62 & LEXINGTON AVE WARRANT ARREST
Officer stopped vehicle for an equipment violation. The driver had multiple warrants out of Scott County.
The driver was arrested and taken to Dakota County Jail. The vehicle was towed. Case Status - Arrest
4/28/2022, 2352 HOURS, 1XXX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD FLEEING/DRUGS
Officer observed a car alongside a closed business with its hazard lights on. Officer went to check on
vehicle and occupants who were trying to put air into a slashed tire. Officer suspected the female driver
was impaired and requested her information; she provided a false name and fled from the stop. Officers
pursued her one block, where she turned down a dead end behind a business. The male passenger
stayed with the vehicle and was detained. Eagan K9 and drone searched the area and could not find her.
Officers positively identified her and found she had multiple warrants. Officers searched the stopped
vehicle and recovered controlled substances and a large amount of cash, as well as drug paraphernalia
and a ledger of drug sales. Case status clear with report.
4/29/2022, 0348 HOURS, NORTHLAND DR & EXECUTIVE DR AOA
Officer was driving on Executive Drive and found an abandoned vehicle in the roadway of Northland
Drive. Officer found the vehicle to be heavily damaged and also found a damaged light pole, but the
driver of the vehicle was not on scene. Officer had vehicle towed and wrote report. Case pending.
4/29/2022, 0100 HOURS, 2XXX LEXINGTON AVE THEFT
Officers took an after-the-fact theft report from a resident who reported he had invited an unknown
person into his apartment early in the morning and this party ultimately stole his wallet. Case is being
investigated.
4/29/2022, 1329 HOURS, 1XXX NORTHLAND DR FRAUD
Officers took a report of credit card fraud that had occurred earlier in the month. The reporting party
stated their corporate credit card was used fraudulently in several stores. Investigation active.
4/29/2022, 1329 HOURS, 1XXX NORTHLAND DR FRAUD
Officer was dispatched to a damage to property report and learned from the owner that potatoes were
thrown at a residence sometime overnight, damaging their siding and a vehicle. Possible suspect
information obtained. Case status inactive pending further information.

5/02/2022, 0630 HOURS, 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY RECOVERED STOLEN
Officer responded to a property damage. Reporting party stated an uknown vehicle was in the parking
lot and damaged. Officer made contact with the registered owner, who stated that they do not know
where the car was and it was not supposed to be at this location. Car was deemed to be stolen out of a
different agency. Vehicle towed, owner advised.
5/2/2022, 1830 HOURS, 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY AUTO THEFT
Officer dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle. Caller stated her vehicle was stolen. Case Status -
Active.
5/2/2022, 1200 HOURS, 750 MAIN ST THEFT
Officer took a report of credit cards and cash stolen from an employee breakroom. Credit cards were
used in another jurisdiction. Case is active.
5/3/2022, 1000 HOURS, 1XXX ORCHARD HILL FRAUD
Officer called in reference to a fraud email received that resulted in the victim sending money via gift
cards to a scammer. No suspect information. Information only.
5/3/2022, 1800 HOURS, 23XX NASHUA LN THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer dispatched to the 2300 block of Nashua Lane on a report of a theft. Party had catalytic converter
stolen. No suspects. Case Status - Inactive
5/3/2022, 0600 HOURS, 1XXX COMMERCE DR THEFT FROM AUTO
Officer responded to a theft from vehicle report. While parked in the lot, someone broke the reporting
party’s window and stole a checkbook. No evidence available, case inactive.
5/3/2022, 0750 HOURS, 1XXX NORTHLAND DR THEFT FROM AUTO
Responded to a report of a theft of auto parts where the reporting party stated their catalyitic converter
was stolen. No suspects. Report filed.
5/3/2022, 2343 HOURS, SIBLEY MEMORIAL/RIVERSIDE LN DAC-IPS
Officer observed traffic violation and stopped vehicle. Driver had a cancelled-IPS license status. Driver
was arrested and transported to Dakota County Jail. Case status - arrest.
5/4/2022, 0913 HOURS, 14XX NORTHLAND DR THEFT
Victim called to report her catalytic converter was stolen from her vehicle while she was at work. No
suspects.
