DRIVING COMPLAINT — 1XXX WAGON WHEEL 04/01/22, 1657 HOURS
Officers responded to a call regarding a driving complaint. Ultimately the driver was issued a verbal warning
ROBBERY—1XXX HWY 62 04/01/22, 1921 HOURS
Officers took a report of a simple robbery that had just occurred. A party used force to steal lottery tickets causing
minor injuries to the victim. This case is under investigation.
AUTO PART THEFT—7XX MAIN ST 04/01/22, 1830 HOURS
Officer received a report of a theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle in the parking lot. There is no surveillance
footage of the incident or suspect information.
LICENSE PLATE THEFT—11XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 04/02/22, 0235 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to report of theft from auto that was discovered. Officer was advised by the reporting party
that a license plate had been removed from their vehicle. Officer entered the license plate as stolen and wrote
report.
ATTEMPTED AUTO PART THEFT—25XX EXECUTIVE DR 04/02/22, 1523 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to an attempted catalytic converter theft. Suspect vehicle was spotted, but fled and evaded
arrest. Reporting party had not only installed a theft deterrent but had also been alerted to the attempt. No leads or
suspect information available. Case inactive.
WARRANTS/FLEEING—MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD & I-35E 04/03/22, 0258 HOURS
Officers attempted to stop a vehicle at 35E and Mendota Heights Road for speed and unsafe driving. Officers
deployed a tire deflation device and the vehicle came to a stop in St. Paul. The driver and an adult male from St. Paul
were arrested on charges of fleeing in a motor vehicle and on warrants. One of the passengers, an adult female from
St. Paul, was also arrested on warrants. Both parties were transported to the Dakota County Jail.
DWI/STOLEN FIREARM—9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 04/03/22, 0818 HOURS
Officers responded to a welfare check on a person sleeping behind the wheel of a running car. Upon arrival, officers
were able to wake the driver. After investigation, they were determined to be impaired and concealing a firearm. The
firearm was found out to be stolen. Party arrested and taken to Dakota County jail. Cleared by an adult arrest.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY– XX SOMERSET RD 04/03/22, 1200 HOURS
Complainant reported someone attempted to force entry through a garage service door sometime within the last
week. The home did not have an alarm system or cameras. No suspect information.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY—14XX WACHTLER AVE 04/04/22, 1018 HOURS
Officer responded a call regarding a smashed vehicle window while parked at a residence. Nothing is believed to be
stolen at this time. There are no suspects. Case status closed with report.
ASSAULT—18XX DELAWARE AVE 04/04/22, 1318 HOURS
Responded to call regarding an assault that had occurred. Case is under investigation.

AUTO PART THEFT—11XX IVY HILL DR 04/04/22, 1000 HOURS
Victim parked her vehicle outside a residence, left around 1800 hours and found the vehicle running poorly. After taking it i n to a
shop, it was discovered the catalytic converter had been stolen. There are no known suspects. Case Status: Inactive
THEFT—18XX DELAWARE AVE 04/06/22, 1925 HOURS
Officer took a theft report by phone and learned a cell phone had been stolen at Two Rivers High School during the school day .
The reporting party believed the student had dropped it before first period began. They tracked the phone to someone's
apartment, but the phone was dead and officers were unable to help further. There are no suspects at this time.
5TH DEG DRUGS—PILOT KNOB/494 04/06/22, 2007 HOURS
Officer stopped a vehicle on Pilot Knob Road and 494 for using high beams and displaying expired registration. The vehicle wa s
searched due to the odor of marijuana which was found in the vehicle. This case will be forwarded to the county attorney to r e-
view for charging.
