THEFT — 1XXX HWY 62 03/04/22, 0852 HOURS
Responded to the 1000 block of Highway 62 on a report of lottery tickets being stolen. Suspect is linked to
another incident that happened within the past week and will be added to that case for investigation.
DAC/IPS — 35E/HWY 13 03/04/22, 1715 HOURS
Officer responded to the police department lobby for a public assist call. As the person was leaving, officer
discovered they were Cancelled-IPS. Vehicle was stopped NB 35E at Hwy 13. The vehicle was towed and
plates were impounded. Driver was allowed to leave the scene. Case will be forwarded to city attorney to
review for charging.
THEFT — 1XXX HWY 62 03/05/22, 1859 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a report of a welfare check on the 1000 block of Highway 62. It was determined
that there was a theft that had taken place. A male entered the store to try and cash a lottery ticket but
became upset when there wasn't enough cash in the register to pay it out, so the male threw a gallon of
milk at the checkout area. While the employee was cleaning up the mess, the suspect jumped behind the
counter and stole lottery tickets. The same suspect is linked to prior lottery ticket theft. Suspect was
identified and sent for charging.
AOA — 35E/HWY 13 03/06/22, 2124 HOURS
Eagan Police was in pursuit of a vehicle northbound 35E coming into Mendota Heights. Officers attempted
to assist with stop sticks to help terminate the pursuit. The vehicle then proceeded northbound into the
southbound lanes of 35E. Officers observed the suspect vehicle crash and an adult male fled on foot from
the vehicle. Adult male suspect was apprehended and the officer's taser was deployed. Eagan took custody
of the adult male suspect and the suspect vehicle.
FRAUD — 11XX MEDALLION DR 03/07/22, 1129 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a fraud call at 1100 block of Medallion Dr. The reporting party advised that they sent
a check in the mail and later found that it was not received by the company it was originally sent to. The
reporting party found that the check had been fraudulently cashed. Under investigation.
THEFT — 16XX LILYDALE RD 03/07/22, 1743 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to location on a theft and property damage report. Officer met with the victim who
stated when she returned to her vehicle after a walk, her window was smashed out and her purse was
stolen. No suspects.
WARRANT ARREST — 2XXX PATRICIA ST 03/07/22, 1923 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to location on a noise complaint. Officer made contact with the homeowner who
was on the driveway working on a trailer. Officer determined the male had an outstanding warrant and
was taken into custody.

FRAUD — 1XXX LONDON RD 03/08/22, 1526 HOURS
Officer reported to the police lobby on a fraud report. Officer met with reporting party who fell victim to a
scam. Victim received an email from “paypal” that included an invoice. She called the phone number to
try and cancel the invoice and was then lured into sending multiple gift cards to an address. After further
investigation, there are no suspects.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON — 14XX CHERRY HILL RD 03/09/22, 0700 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to location on a suspicious persons call. Two young males were dropped off in a
white SUV in front of the reporting party’s home. The males then proceeded to walk up their driveway into
the open garage. Homeowner scared the individuals away and called 911.
FLEEING/AOA — 35E/HWY 13 03/09/22, 0735 HOURS
While investigating the above suspicious persons call, officers were made aware of an Eagan incident
involving the Mendota Heights suspect vehicle that had been recently stolen out of Edina. The vehicle was
being tracked and was shown to be in a residential neighborhood in Eagan. When Eagan officers located
the vehicle, it fled traveling back into Mendota Heights. Mendota Heights officers located the suspect
vehicle, and made several attempts to stop the vehicle, but ultimately the vehicle fled into St Paul where it
crashed a short time later.
DOMESTIC — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 03/09/22, 1221 HOURS
Officers responded to location on a domestic call. Officers made contact with a female party who stated
that her boyfriend had assaulted her over an issue with a phone. Officers then made contact with the male
who admitted to an argument but not to an assault. There were no visible injuries. Parties were separated
for the night.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT — 18XX DELAWARE AVE 03/09/22, 1207 HOURS
Officer responded to location on a two-vehicle crash. The driver of one vehicle accelerated rapidly in the
parking lot, hit a curb, and when the driver tried to turn, hit another curb going over it striking an
unoccupied vehicle. The driver was cited for wreckless driving.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — 16XX LILYDALE RD 03/09/22, 1605 HOURS
Officer was flagged down by a woman who stated when she returned from her run, her vehicle had its
window smashed out. There was nothing taken from the vehicle. No suspects.
BURGLARY — 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 03/10/22, 1252 HOURS
Officer received a report from a victim who stated that someone entered the underground garage and
rummaged through her vehicle stealing a garage door opener. No suspects at this time.

MISSING PERSON — 1XXX WAGON WHEEL TR 03/10/22, 1705 HOURS
A group home reported that a resident requiring constant supervision went missing, and they are not sure
where he went . A missing person report was entered.
AOA — HWY 62/HWY 13 03/10/22, 2352 HOURS
Officer assisted Minnesota State Patrol with a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 62 near Highway 13. Officer
made contact with the driver and assisted Minnesota State Patrol with a DWI after checking the welfare of
the driver.
