WARRANT — 2XXX DODD RD 02/26/22, 1153 HOURS
Officer ran license plate near Hwy 62 and Dodd Rd and registered owner came back with a felony warrant.
Driver matched the description of the male registered owner. Contact made, male identified and arrested.
THEFT OF LICENSE PLATE — 23XX PILOT KNOB RD 02/28/22, 1358 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a theft of license plate on the 2300 block of Pilot Knob Rd. The reporting party
stated that one of his license plates was stolen from his vehicle. No suspects.
TRAFFIC STOP — HWY 13/RIVERSIDE LN 03/01/22, 0334 HOURS
Officer was traveling southbound on the 800 block of Highway 13. Officer observed a vehicle traveling in
front of them with traffic and equipment violations. Officer stopped the vehicle and while attempting to
obtain the adult male driver's information, received a false name instead. Officer arrested the male, who
then claimed they swallowed narcotics and requested an ambulance. Officer observed drug paraphernalia
in the vehicle and searched the vehicle. Officer located more drug paraphernalia and counterfeit money.
The male's true identity was later discovered. The male and one adult female passenger were advised of
pending charges.
THEFT BY SWINDLE — 17XX DOUGLAS CT 03/01/22, 0847 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a theft by swindle call on the 1700 block of Douglas Ct. The reporting party stated
that her mother was involved in a scam and had sent money to the suspect. Officer and Investigator
gathered information and wrote reports. Under investigation.
WELFARE CHECK — 11XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 03/01/22, 1521 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Sibley Memorial Highway on a welfare check. Officers arrived
and found a female driver passed out. Officers were able to wake her and it was determined that she was
under the influence of an intoxicating substance. A search warrant for blood was completed and the female
was transported to Dakota County Jail. Case referred to Dakota County Drug Task Force.
BURGLARY — 18XX ORCHARD HEIGHTS LN 03/01/22, 1559 HOURS
Garage of residence under construction was entered and items were stolen. Case Inactive.
THEFT — 12XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD 03/02/22, 0526 HOURS
Officer took a report of theft of lottery tickets from the manager of a business located on the 1200 block of
Mendota Heights Road. The theft occurred the previous week and the manager needed a report to send to
the state lottery office. Under investigation.

THEFT — 2XXX DODD RD 03/02/22, 0840 HOURS
Officer was called in reference to a theft that had taken place at a business located near the 2000 block of
Dodd Road. The theft had taken place on 02/28/2022. Evidence was collected and a report was completed.
Under investigation.
ASSAULT — 14XX NORTHLAND DR 03/02/22, 1551 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to location on an assault that had taken place between employees. One party left
the scene and a KOPS alert was issued. A citation was issued.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE — 3XX G ST 03/03/22, 0951 HOURS
Resident that lives on G St in Mendota called to report that his vehicle had been stolen. The key was left
inside the vehicle. There are no known suspects.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 16XX LILYDALE RD 03/03/22, 1500 HOURS
Officer took a damage to property report involving a window that was broken out. No items were stolen.
No suspects.
HIT & RUN ACCIDENT — 7XX N PLAZA DR 03/03/22, 1901 HOURS
Officer responded to a hit and run vehicle crash where the driver at fault fled the scene. Officer gathered
information and was able to identify the suspect who had multiple outstanding warrants. Citation was
mailed to the suspect.
