WARRANT — 35E/WAGON WHEEL TR 02/05/22, 0242 HOURS
Officer was on rouƟne patrol traveling southbound I‐35E and Wagon Wheel Trail. Officer observed a
vehicle traveling the same direcƟon without its taillights on. Officer stopped the vehicle and idenƟfied the
adult male driver. Officer learned the driver had two warrants. The driver was arrested and transported to
the Dakota County Jail.
MENTAL HEALTH — XX SOMERSET RD 02/05/22, 0723 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a suspicious acƟvity call on Somerset Rd. The reporƟng party advised that there
was a male screaming outside of her residence. Officers located the male who was in crisis. Medics arrived
and transported the paƟent to the hospital.
THEFT — 18XX DELAWARE AVE 02/05/22, 1308 HOURS
Complainant reported the catalyƟc converter was stolen from his son's vehicle while it was parked
unaƩended in the 1800 block of Delaware Avenue. The theŌ was discovered when it was taken to a repair
shop. No suspect informaƟon.
DOMESTIC — 1XXX WINSTON CI 02/05/22, 2337 HOURS
Officers responded to the 1000 block of Winston Circle for a domesƟc call. Officers spoke with witness,
vicƟm, and offender to gather relevant informaƟon. Offender was arrested for DomesƟc Assault and
transported to the Dakota County Jail.
ASSAULT — 18XX EAGLE RIDGE 02/06/22, 0412 HOURS
Officers received a report of a ride share driver being assaulted on the 1800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive.
Upon officers arrival, both adult male parƟes were separated. Officers spoke with the driver who stated he
asked the passenger to wear a face mask and he refused. The passenger became upset and hit the driver
two Ɵmes. The driver got out of the vehicle and called 9‐1‐1. The passenger denied anything happening.
The passenger was cited for the assault.
BURGLARY — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 02/06/22, 1016 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a burglary call at the 2300 block of Lexington Ave. The reporƟng party stated that
his motorcycle was stolen from the underground garage overnight. Officer gathered informaƟon and wrote
report. Officer will aƩempt to get security footage from building.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA — HWY 13/WACHTLER AVE 02/06/22, 2223 HOURS
Officer iniƟated a traffic stop on Highway 13 north of Wachtler Avenue. Officer conducted a probable cause
search of the vehicle and located drug paraphernalia along with open liquor boƩles. Driver was arrested
and transported to the Dakota County Jail.

FLEEING — 35E/HWY 13 02/08/22, 0229 HOURS
Officer aƩempted to stop a suspicious vehicle leaving a residenƟal neighborhood. Suspect vehicle was
going speeds over 80 mph on Highway 13 prior to police intervenƟon. Vehicle fled southbound Interstate
35E and officer later lost visual of the vehicle. Suspects were never idenƟfied and officer was unable to get
close enough to see the plate on the vehicle.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 12XX KNOLLWOOD LN 02/08/22, 1017 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of Knollwood Ln in reference to a damage to property report. The
reporƟng party stated her window had been broken over the weekend possibly by a BB gun. No suspects.
RECOVERED STOLEN PROPERTY — 5XX DODGE LN 02/09/22, 1026 HOURS
Officer aƩempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violaƟon but the driver fled. The vehicle was an unreported
out of a neighboring city. Driver of the vehicle parked the vehicle on Dodge Ln and leŌ the area. A second
vehicle was stolen a short Ɵme later south of this locaƟon. Vehicle was returned to the owner. No suspects
at this Ɵme.
TAMPERING W MOTOR VEHICLE — 2XXX TIMMY ST 02/09/22, 1110 HOURS
Officer responded to a motor vehicle tamper in the 2000 block of Timmy Street. Vehicle owner stated
someone went through the vehicle, but nothing was stolen. Officer took report for motor vehicle
tampering. No suspects.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT — 23XX FIELD STONE CT 02/09/22, 1122 HOURS
Resident on Field Stone Ct discovered that their vehicle and keys were stolen from their driveway. The
owner believes that the theŌ took place between 1000‐1122 on this date. A stolen vehicle had been leŌ on
Dodge Lane prior to this vehicle being stolen. There are no known suspects.
TAMPERING W MOTOR VEHICLE — 19XX WALSH LN 02/09/22, 1305 HOURS
Officer responded to a suspicion call that occurred in the 1900 block of Walsh Lane last night. Officer spoke
with reporƟng party who had video security footage from her home of someone trying to break into her
vehicle. Under InvesƟgaƟon.
IDENTITY THEFT — 17XX LEXINGTON AVE 02/10/22, 1058 HOURS
Resident from the 1700 block of Lexington Ave reported an idenƟty theŌ. The vicƟm's idenƟty was used in
May of 2020 to obtain an unemployment insurance payment check. There are no known suspects.
FRAUD — 13XX DODD RD 02/10/22, 1215 HOURS
VicƟm reported that she lost her wallet near an elementary school on the 1300 block of Dodd Road. VicƟm
returned to look for it but could not locate it. Later that evening, a charge on her credit card was denied.
VicƟm has since cancelled all cards. No suspects.
