THEFT — 6XX Cheyenne Lane 01/12/22, 1802 HOURS
Resident on the 600 block of Cheyenne Lane reported their catalytic converter was stolen. There are no
suspects at this time. Case status cleared with report.
THEFT — 15XX Dodd Road 01/12/22, 2330 HOURS
Officer observed a suspicious vehicle on the 1500 block of Dodd Road. Officer observed the vehicle's hazard
lights, the driver door was ajar, and the interior appeared to have been ransacked. Officer made contact
with the homeowner and completed a report. Victim was given a case number for their records.
WARRANT ARREST — 7XX Main Street 01/13/22, 2240 HOURS
Officers observed a vehicle in the 700 block of Main Street. Officers made contact with the registered
owner of the vehicle, who had a Felony warrant out of Wright County. Officers located a switch blade knife
on the subject as well. The subject was transported to the Dakota County Jail for the warrant and charged
with Possession of Dangerous Weapon.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA — 62 W 01/14/22, 0830 HOURS
Officers were called in reference to a vehicle stopped near the intersection of highway 62 and highway 13
with two adults unconscious inside. On scene both parties were woken up and claimed to be tired. An
investigation found that they had been using methamphetamine before passing out. The remaining
paraphernalia was seized as evidence and a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia was mailed to the
driver. Case inactive.
PD ACCIDENT — 18XX Delaware Ave 01/14/22, 1543 HOURS
Officers responded to a property damage crash on the 1800 block of Delaware Ave. Officer assisted with
insurance exchange. Case status cleared with report.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 16XX Lilydale Road 01/14/22, 1900 HOURS
Officer responded to the 1600 block of Lilydale Rd for a vehicle break in. Officer met with victim and
observed damage to a window on his vehicle. Victim was missing items from inside the vehicle. Officer took
report. Case Status: Under Investigation.

THEFT — 11XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 01/14/22, 1700 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to take a report of a theft of a package on the 1100 block of Sibley Memorial
Highway. Reporting party stated the property management company has the theft on camera. Case
pending review of video footage.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — 13XX Northland Drive 01/14/22, 2049 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a medical on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Officers arrived and
determined the person was just highly intoxicated. A family member escorted them back to their hotel
room. Later that evening, officers were called back due to the intoxicated person disturbing other guests.
Officers arrived and made several attempts to have the intoxicated person compose themselves. Ultimately
the person was arrested for disorderly conduct, and was booked and released from the Dakota County Jail
with a citation.
DISTURBING THE PEACE — 20XX Patricia Street 01/15/22, 0042 HOURS
Officers responded to the 2000 block of Patricia Street for a noise complaint. Officers made contact with
the subjects who were in the driveway and advised them of the complaint. Case Status: Informational Only.
MOTORIST ASSIST — 13XX Northland Drive 01/16/22, 0348 HOURS
Officer found vehicle stalled in the roadway on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Driver stated it would be
fixed in a few minutes and it would be gone. Officer returned later to find the vehicle still in the roadway.
The vehicle was towed to Marks towing.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 22XX Swan Court 01/16/22, 2305 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a damage to property report on the 2200 block of Swan Court. Officer found
evidence the house had been egged. Officer gathered information and wrote report.
THEFT — 10XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 01/16/22, 1703 HOURS
Resident's packages were stolen from the mail area of the condominium building. Surveillance photos were
gathered and the incident is under investigation.

THEFT — 24XX Lockwood Drive 01/18/22, 0800 HOURS
Responded to the 2400 block of Lockwood Drive on a report of a possible Theft by Swindle. Case is under
investigation.
BURGLARY — 11XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 01/20/22, 1054 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a condominium complex in the 1100 block of Hwy 13 to get access to video from
a previous burglary, however while at the location the officer was advised of a burglary at the same
location from earlier that day. The videos from both were obtained; the incidents involved different
suspects and happened on different dates. Case Status: Forward to Investigations.
