DISSEMINATE PORNOGRAPHY—9XX MENDOTA HTS RD 11/26/21, 1000 HOURS
Officer was dispatched a report of a disseminaƟon of child pornography. Officer gathered informaƟon and reviewed
evidence. Case forwarded to invesƟgaƟons.
THEFT FROM MV—13XX ACACIA BLVD 11/27/21, 0920 HOURS
Officer dispatched to take a report of a theŌ from motor vehicle at the 1300 block of Acacia Blvd. The reporƟng party
advised that her vehicle window had been smashed and her purse was taken. Officer gathered informaƟon and
wrote report.
TS/DRUGS/WEAPON—HWY 62/DODD RD 11/28/21, 1301 HOURS
Officer was on rouƟne patrol and observed a traffic violaƟon. The officer stopped the vehicle, and upon gathering the
driver’s informaƟon, smelled the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. The vehicle tabs were expired,
and the driver’s license was suspended. The vehicle was then searched and brass knuckles and marijuana were
located. Driver was cited for possession of brass knuckles and other traffic violaƟon.
CRISIS—LEXINGTON/WAGON WHEEL 11/28/21, 1452 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a welfare check at Lexington/Wagon Wheel. Female was blocking traffic and aƩempƟng to get
hit by a vehicle. Officers made contact with female and DC Crisis responded to the scene. Female was placed on a
transport hold.
CRISIS/DISORDERLY—22XX LEXINGTON AVE S 11/28/21, 1804 HOURS
Officers responded to a crisis call to help with a female subject who was causing a disturbance that was backing up
traffic. The female subject was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and transported to the Dakota County Jail.
TS—DAC/IPS—HWY 62/SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 11/29/21, 0138 HOURS
Officer observed traffic violaƟon and stopped vehicle. Driver turned out to have a Cancelled‐IPS license status. The
driver was jailed, the license plates were destroyed and the vehicle was towed. Driver transported to Dakota County
Jail on a book and release status. Case Status is arrest.
ABANDONED VEH—7XX MARKET ST 11/29/21, 0712 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to the intersecƟon of Market Street and Oak Street for a stalled vehicle in the roadway.
Officer arrived and observed the pickup truck was abandoned and mechanically disabled in the roadway. Marks Tow
impounded the vehicle to their secure lot unƟl the owner can retrieve it.
DOG BITE—20XX DELAWARE AVE 11/28/21, 1526 HOURS
Officer was dispatched an animal call where the reporƟng party stated he was bit by a dog while making a delivery.
Officer gathered informaƟon from both the reporƟng party and the owner of the dog. The dog owner was provided
with paperwork for NoƟce to Declare PotenƟally Dangerous or Dangerous Dog and a report was wriƩen.
THEFT FROM AUTO—11XX MEDALLION DR 11/23/21, 1800 HOURS
Responded to take a report of a theŌ from automobiles that happened within the past week. No suspects or
evidence. Case is inacƟve.

THEFT FROM BUSINESS—9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 11/29/21, 1353 HOURS
Officers responded to take a report of theŌ from a local business and learned that the suspects entered the store,
stole several items without paying and then leŌ in a vehicle. An alert for the vehicle was entered. Video surveillance
is being processed. InvesƟgaƟon acƟve.
PROPERTY DAMAGE—13XX ACACIA BLVD 11/29/21, 1648 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to take a damage to property report. Officer met the vicƟm who stated while at the dog park,
someone unknown to them smashed out their front passenger‐side window. VicƟm stated nothing was taken. No
suspect informaƟon was available.
ASSIST OTHER AGENCY—8XX BLUEBILL DR 11/29/21, 1849 HOURS
Officers called to assist a neighboring agency on a probable cause pick up and hold. Officers located the male party
and he was placed under arrest and released ulƟmately released to the requesƟng agency. Case status is referred to
other agency.
PROPERTY DAMAGE—25XX PILOT KNOB RD 11/29/21, 1600 HOURS
Officer took a damage to property report from a reporƟng party who said a rock was thrown into a window and it
was damaged but nothing was reported stolen. Unknown suspects or other evidence. Case is inacƟve.
ASSIST OTHER AGENCY—13XX NORTHLAND DR 12/01/21, 0120 HOURS
Officer was conducƟng patrol at a local hotel and observed a vehicle that matched the descripƟon of a suspect
vehicle that was involved in a flee/theŌ from the night before in a neighboring city. Officer assisted in the
invesƟgaƟon. Case status is referred to other agency.
