BURGLARY — 7XX SOUTH PLAZA WAY 11/11/21 1107 HOURS
Officer took a past acƟon burglary report from an employee who reported a storage cage was broken into and
mulƟple items were taken. No suspect has been idenƟfied. Case status cleared with report
CHILD ABUSE — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 11/12/21 0453 HOURS
Officers responded to a hotel for a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, officers concluded there was child neglect
and abuse present. Case status acƟve ‐ charges pending.
DRUG OVERDOSE — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 11/13/21 0005 HOURS
Officers dispatched to a hotel on report of a drug overdose. Officers arrived on scene and administered Narcan. Adult
male paƟent was transported to the hospital. Report made.
DWI — I‐35E/MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD 11/13/21 0126 HOURS
Officer was monitoring traffic and observed a vehicle traveling northbound that was failing to maintain its lane.
Officer stopped the vehicle and spoke with the adult male driver who showed signs of impairment. Officer had the
male perform Standard Field Sobriety Tests which he failed. He was placed under arrest and ulƟmately a search
warrant was issued for a sample of the male’s blood. Due to the suspect’s inebriaƟon status, he was voluntarily
transported to the hospital for evaluaƟon. Case status—charges pending test results.
CIVIL ASSIST — 20XX PATRICIA ST 11/13/21 1038 HOURS
Officer was dispatched on a call regarding a possible ordinance violaƟon. Officer arrived at the locaƟon , invesƟgated
the situaƟon and determined there was no violaƟon taking place.
HARASSMENT — 11XX VICTORIA CURVE 11/13/21 2030 HOURS
Officer received a call for service from someone receiving harassing communicaƟons. Officer spoke to vicƟm about
the incident. AŌer invesƟgaƟon, officer determined there are no leads to determine the idenƟty of the suspect. Case
status is inacƟve.
DWI — 25XX DODD RD 11/14/21 1150 HOURS
Officer iniƟated a traffic stop on a vehicle aŌer observing several moving violaƟons. While speaking with the driver,
the officer noted signs of impairment and conducted field sobriety tests. The driver was determined to be over the
legal limit and was arrested for DWI. The vehicle was legally parked and the driver was ulƟmately booked and re‐
leased with a citaƟon from the Dakota County Jail.
BURGLARY — 11XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 11/14/21 1600 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a burglary call from a reporƟng party who advised that someone aƩempted to steal his tool
chest from the underground parking garage. Officer gathered informaƟon from the reporƟng party and contacted
the building staff who advised that they would look at security footage. Officer wrote report.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — 7XX NORTH PLAZA DR 11/15/21 0934 HOURS
Officer took a damage to property report from a resident who reported someone broke their vehicle window. At the
Ɵme of the report it was unknown if anything was taken from the inside. No suspects known. Case inacƟve.

ASSAULT — 7XX MOHICAN LN 11/15/21 2104 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a call of a disturbance at a residence where a male was trying to assault staff with a met‐
al pole and was currently restrained. Suspect was arrested and ulƟmately transported to the hospital.
THEFT — 18XX ORCHARD HEIGHTS LN 11/16/21 1521 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a take a report from a vicƟm whose trailer containing equipment was stolen from a work‐site.
Officer gathered informaƟon from the reporƟng party and wrote report.
THEFT BY SWINDLE — 1XX STONEBRIDGE RD 11/17/21 1432 HOURS
A resident reported falling vicƟm to fraudulent acƟvity by responding to an email and providing data. The acƟon
resulted in a loss of $39,999.
THEFT—13XX RIVERSIDE LN 11/17/21, 1215 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a report of past acƟon where a package was taken off of the reporƟng party’s front porch.
The party called back the next day staƟng the packages had arrived. Case status—unfounded.
THEFT FROM AUTO—18XX DELAWARE AVE 11/17/21, 1215 HOURS
Responded to take a report from the owner of a vehicle who stated their catalyƟc converter was stolen. No suspects
or evidence. Report filed; case is inacƟve.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY—7XX SOUTH PLAZA WAY 11/18/21, 1426 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to assist at a fire alarm in progress, learning that a person on‐site was saying they opened
the standpipe to get someone upstairs some help. Through invesƟgaƟon, it was determined that there was no one in
danger but the suspect had opened and then closed the pipe, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
THEFT—25XX HERITAGE DR 11/18/21, 1506 HOURS
Officer was dispatched a report of past acƟon motor vehicle theŌ. Officer gathered informaƟon and wrote report.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT—10XX MARIE AVE W 11/18/21, 1829 HOURS
Officers responded to a disturbance call and spoke with both the reporƟng party and suspect upon arrival. AŌer an
on‐scene invesƟgaƟon, officers arrested the suspect for DomesƟc Assault and Interference with a 911 Call. Suspect
was transported to the Dakota County Jail.
FLEEING—23XX LEXINGTON AVE S 11/19/21, 0013 HOURS
Officer was patrolling through apartment parking lots and conducted a rouƟne license plate check on a plate which
came back with a KOPS Alert for another agency to ID the driver. The driver of the vehicle was sleeping in the vehicle
and the vehicle was running. As the officers approached and woke the driver, the driver immediately drove over a
curb, through a yard and then sped away at a high rate of speed. Officers did not pursue. A new KOPS Alert was
entered for that vehicle.
