THREATS — 18XX DELAWARE AVE 11/05/21 0856 HOURS
Called to the 1800 block of Delaware Avenue on a report of a past action harassment and threats of
violence that happened in West St. Paul and Eagan. Case referred to those agencies and 360 Communities
to assist victim with obtaining a Harassment Restraining Order.
WARRANT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 11/05/21 1337 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious person on the 1300 block Northland Drive. Officers
found the individual and made contact. Officers found the subject had a warrant and arrested the subject.
DRUG ACTIVITY — 7XX HWY 62 11/06/21 1354 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a report of drug activity in the 700 block of Hwy 62. Officers located the vehicle
reported and followed it to a nearby neighborhood. Officers spoke with the occupants and found probable
cause to search the vehicle. Officers seized multiple paraphernalia items for destruction.
THEFT — 7XX S PLAZA WAY 11/06/21 1745 HOURS
Officer received a report of a theft of a license plate on the 700 block of South Plaza Way. Officer spoke
with the adult male victim who stated it occurred overnight and does not have any suspect information.
The license plate was entered as stolen.
BURGLARY — 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 11/07/21 1046 HOURS
Officer took a theft report from the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Reporting party had their
bicycle stolen from the underground parking garage. No suspects known, no surveillance available. Bicycle
entered into NCIC.
THEFT — 6XX WENTWORTH AVE 11/07/21 1811 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a report of theft on the 600 block of Wentworth Ave. Officer gathered
information about a stolen bicycle and wrote report.
INJURED ANIMAL — 12XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 11/07/21 1904 HOURS
Officer was driving on Sibley Memorial Hwy and noticed a vehicle in the 1200 block with its emergency
lights on. Officer stopped with the vehicle to possibly give assistance. Officer found that the vehicle stopped
to help an injured dog. Officer took the dog to an animal hospital in St Paul.
COUNTERFEITING — 2XXX DODD RD 11/08/21 1005 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a counterfeiting call at the 2000 block of Dodd Rd. The reporting party advised that a
customer used a counterfeit bill to purchase items. Officer gathered information and collected evidence.
Under investigation.

DRUGS — 18XX DELAWARE AVE 11/08/21, 1026 HOURS
Officer responded to the 1800 block of Delaware Ave on a report of a juvenile possessing drugs. Officer
gathered information and case will be forwarded to DTF for possible charging.
WEAPONS — 35E/494 11/08/21, 1814 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to take a report of possible shots fired. Officer met with the reporting party that
stated they were on northbound 35E by westbound 494 when a SUV pulled up next to them and shot 2 -3
gunshots at their vehicle. The driver's side and passenger’s side windows were broken, and there was a
bullet hole in the passenger’s side door. Case under investigation.
ROBBERY — 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 11/09/21, 1048 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Hwy on a robbery in progress. Reporting party
said someone was stealing from the business he was delivering to and one of the suspects had a handgun.
The suspects then fled into St. Paul. Officers met with the victims and witnesses to gather information.
Surrounding agencies were informed and asked to be in the lookout. Under investigation.
COERCION — 16XX LILAC LN 11/09/21, 1555 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a suspicious activity call. The reporting party advised that her son had received
threatening messages from an unknown person. Officer gathered information and found that an unknown
person was attempting to blackmail the son to gain profit.
HARASSING COMMUNICATION — 17XX SUTTON LN 11/09/21, 1929 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a report of an HRO violation. The caller stated that an old employee was
harassing him and he filed for an HRO. The HRO had been approved but no crime had been committed.
DWI — 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 11/10/21, 0022 HOURS
Officer observed a vehicle at a closed business with vehicle lights on and appeared unoccupied. Officer
found a male passed out halfway out of his vehicle with drug paraphernalia around him. Driver was
determined to be under the influence of an intoxicating substance. Driver refused to submit to any
chemical test. Driver was transported to Dakota County Jail.
THEFT — 21XX LEXINGTON AVE 11/10/21, 0812 HOURS
Officer took a theft report of a vase from Resurrection Cemetery. The theft occurred at some point in the
last week. There are no suspects at this time.
THEFT — 7XX S PLAZA DR 11/10/21, 1404 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a theft report at the 700 block of S Plaza Drive. Officer spoke with the adult male
victim who said one license plate was stolen from his vehicle. License plate was entered into NCIC. No
suspects.

AOA — 2XXX ROBERT ST 11/10/21, 1441 HOURS
Officer assisted WSPPD on a suspicion call. The subject was a public safety hazard and needed to be
transported to the hospital. MHPD used the Bola Wrap and assisted in taking the subject into custody.
DRUG ACTIVITY — 18XX DELAWARE AVE 11/11/21, 1000 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a report of drug activity on the 1800 block of Delaware. Officer arrived and was
given a large amount of possible marijuana. Under investigation.
