BURGLARY—20XX DODD ROAD 10/22/21, 0002 HOURS
Officers responded to the 2000 block of Dodd Road for a burglary. Officers spoke with business
management to determine what was damaged and stolen. The case status is under investigation.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY—NORTHLAND DRIVE 10/22/21, 1151 HOURS
Received a request to call an Eagan officer in reference to some damage to property and theft of mail.
Eagan PD had taken several calls from residents regarding their mail being stolen. Eagan discovered that
these victims had used the drop mailbox on Northland Dr, at Mendota Heights Rd. Officer went to this
location and discovered that the mailbox had been damaged in order to gain entry.
RECOVERED PROPERTY — 7XX HWY 62 10/23/21, 0044 HOURS
Officer was on routine patrol at the 700 block of Highway 62. Officer located an unoccupied vehicle with no
plates on it. The vehicle came back as active stolen and was impounded.
TERRORISTIC THREATS — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 10/23/21, 1339 HOURS
Received a call in reference to terroristic threats. Victim called to advise of threats against her by an old
friend saying she was going to be killed. Text messages have been uploaded to the case file. Pending.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 25XX LOCKWOOD DRIVE 10/23/21, 1600 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to the 2500 block of Lockwood Drive on a report of damage to property. Officer met
with the resident who reported his vehicle was struck by a sign post which had been struck by, presumably,
another vehicle. There is no suspect or suspect vehicle information and no witnesses have come forward.
ASSAULT — 1600 LILYDALE ROAD 10/23/21, 2130 HOURS
Officers responded to an after the fact assault from the 1600 block of Lilydale Road. Caller reported an
assault that took place the previous night. Suspect is known. Reporting party not injured and did not want
to seek criminal charges. Case cleared with a report.
TERRORISTIC THREATS — 7XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS ROAD 10/23/21, 1711 HOURS
Responded to the 700 block of Mendota Heights Road to assist in performing a threat assessment.
Subsequent investigation found no credible threat. Case is unfounded.
DUMPING/LITTERING — 8XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 10/24/21, 1102 HOURS
Officer responded to the 800 block of Sibley Memorial Highway for a dumping complaint. The caller is the
property owner and advised that a large amount of random personal property was recently dumped on his
property. No suspect information. Case inactive.

DISTURBING THE PEACE — 13XX NORTHLAND DRIVE 10/24/21, 1502 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a disturbance near the 1300 block of Northland Dr. Upon arrival, officers learned that a
domestic assault had taken place. After investigation it was determined that both parties had been physical and
could not determine an aggressor. One party was found to have multiple warrants and was arrested and transported
to jail for the warrants. Closed with an adult arrest.
DRUNKENNESS — 19XX KNOB ROAD 10/24/21, 1545 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Knob Road on report of a burglary in progress. The
homeowner called 911 stating they returned home and observed an unknown male in their basement and
they live alone. Officers arrived and spoke with the homeowner who wasn't sure who the male was, but
possibly an unannounced family member. Officers searched the residence and located the highly
intoxicated male in the basement bathroom. The male was later determined to live two houses away, but
due to his intoxication believed he was at his home. The male was transported to the hospital for an
evaluation. No charges are being pursued at this time. The West St. Paul Police Department assisted.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 6XX 4th AVE 10/24/21, 1900 HOURS
Officers dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance at the 600 block of 4th Ave. Caller stated that a
friend’s wife came into the house and, pushed the male down, and took one of the kids. Officers
determined that a crime had been committed. Officers went to the registered address and arrested the
female half. She was transported to Dakota County Jail. Case Status is arrest.
THEFT — 20XX DODD ROAD 10/24/21, 1930 HOURS
Officer took a theft report from the 2000 block of Dodd Road. Reporting party had a bicycle taken. Case
pending surveillance from surrounding buildings.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 7XX PLAZA DRIVE 10/25/21, 1333 HOURS
Officer took a damage to property report from the 700 block of South Plaza Way. A vehicle was damaged in
a parking lot sometime overnight. No suspects known, case inactive.
MISSING PERSON — 8XX DEER TRAIL ROAD 10/25/21, 1600 HOURS
Officers took a report of a missing person from the 800 block of Deer Trail. Party had dementia and had
reportedly gotten lost driving around in the East Metro. Party then stopped answering his phone calls from
the reporting party. Officer requested a ping on his phone and entered a KOPS alert for the vehicle he was
in. Party turned out to be in southern MN and was found by fellow law enforcement. He was taken to a
local hospital for his well-being. Case closed.

MISCELLANEOUS PUBLIC — 20XX PATRICIA STREET 10/27/21, 0010 HOURS
Officer received a complaint of a party running a business out of their home on the 2000 block of Patricia
Street. Officer spoke with the adult male and female residents who stated they were not running any
business and had not been since officers last spoke with them. This report is for information only.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT — 10XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HILL 10/27/21, 1329 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to an accident between two vehicles at the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Highway.
Officer gathered information and wrote report.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 13XX NORTHLAND DRIVE 10/28/21, 1045 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a report of domestic violence on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Officer
arrived on scene and spoke with both parties involved. Officers determined probable cause to arrest.
While searching the male party officers found drugs on his person. Male party refused to give a statement
and was taken to Dakota County Jail.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 13XX NORTHLAND DRIVE 10/28/21, 2213 HOURS
Officers responded to the 1300 block of Northland Drive for a loud noise complaint/domestic call. Upon
arrival, officers made contact with the suspect and victim. The suspect was arrested and taken into custody.
The victim was provided with various services.
THEFT — 22XX DODD ROAD 10/29/21, 0716 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a report of a vehicle being stolen on the 2200 block of Dodd Road. Officer
spoke with the reporting party and found that a vehicle was taken while running in their driveway. Officer
gathered information and wrote report .
THEFT — 22XX LEXINGTON AVE 10/29/21, 0729 HOURS
Resident in the 2200 block of Lexington Ave had their SUV stolen from the driveway. The theft took place
between 0709-0722. No known suspects.
