DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 18XX DELAWARE AVE 09/24/21, 0902 HOURS
Responded to the 1800 block of Delaware Avenue on a report of domestic violence. A juvenile was
detained and released to their parent. Case will be forwarded to the County Attorney to review for charges.
THEFT — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 09/24/21, 1127 HOURS
A woman came into the Mendota Heights Police Department to report that her temporary license plate off
of her new vehicle was stolen. Information was collected and the license plate was listed as stolen through
dispatch. There is no suspect information available at this time.
THEFT — 9XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD 09/24/21, 1226 HOURS
Reporting party is a subcontractor at a construction site in the 900 block of Mendota Heights Rd. The
reporting party left a Surface Pro 6 in an electrical room. When the reporting party returned today, it was
missing. No suspects.
THEFT — 18XX SUMMIT LN 09/24/21, 1611 HOURS
Officer was called by a victim living near the 1800 block of Summit Lane in reference to two packages being
stolen from her front step. There is no suspect information available at this time.
BURGLARY — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 09/25/21, 1315 HOURS
Victim living on the 2300 block of Lexington Ave reported that items were taken from an unlocked toolbox
in the bed of a truck parked in a secure underground parking garage. Pending review of video surveillance.
BURGLARY — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 09/25/21, 1519 HOURS
Resident of an apartment complex in the 2300 block of Lexington Ave had an item stolen from his vehicle.
The theft took place sometime over the weekend. The victim spoke with management, who reported three
people used a pry tool to gain entry. There were at least two other thefts related to this one. Under
investigation.
CSC — WATERSEDGE TERRACE 09/26/21, 1224 HOURS
Officer took a report of Criminal Sexual Conduct which occurred near Watersedge Ter. The assault had
taken place in a vehicle earlier in the morning. Information gathered, investigation active.
THEFT — 2400 ENTERPRISE DR 09/27/21, 0824 HOURS
Officer was dispatched a theft call at the 2400 block of Enterprise Dr. The reporting party advised that his
trailer was stolen sometime overnight. The trailer was entered as stolen. No suspects at this time.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY — 800 CHERI LN 09/27/21, 0816 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a suspicious activity on the 800 block of Cheri Lane. Reporting party had been
contacted by an individual with realty paperwork, asking for her signature to give up her rights to her
property. After some investigation it was determined that the paperwork and notary involvement was a
part of a scam. Investigation active.
ASSAULT — 18XX DELAWARE AVE 09/28/21, 1019 HOURS
Officer responded to location on a report of an assault. Investigation was completed. Case sent to the
Dakota County Attorney’s Office for juvenile Assault charges.
BURGLARY — 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 09/28/21, 1922 HOURS
Officers were called to location on a suspicion call. After speaking with witnesses, officers concluded a
burglary had taken place in the underground garage. No suspects at this time.
DWI — 35E/HWY 13 09/28/21, 2128 HOURS
Officer heard a road and driving complaint coming northbound 35E out of Eagan. Caller stated his daughter
was intoxicated and driving. Officer located and stopped the vehicle at Shepard Rd / 35E. Officers noticed
signs of impairment and the driver was determined to be under the influence. Driver was arrested and later
transported to Dakota County Jail.
BURGLARY — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 09/28/21, 2309 HOURS
Officers responded to the 2300 block of Lexington Avenue for a burglary report. Officers confirmed
property was stolen from an apartment. Case status is under investigation.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 26XX CONCORD WAY 09/28/21, 2351 HOURS
Officers observed damage and vandalism to the bathrooms at Kensington Park. There are no suspects at
this time.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 09/29/21, 0215 HOURS
Officers responded to location on a robbery call. After investigating the incident, officers determined this
incident was a theft and assault. Suspect charges were sent to the Dakota County Attorney's Office.
WARRANT — HWY 13/PILOT KNOB RD 09/29/21, 2307 HOURS
Officer was on routine patrol traveling southbound on Highway 13/Pilot Knob Road when a vehicle
traveling in front of the squad had equipment violations. Officer identified the adult male driver and had
probable cause to identify the adult male passenger. Officer learned the passenger had a felony warrant
out of Hennepin County. The passenger was arrested and transported him to jail.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT — 11XX SYLVANDALE RD 09/30/21, 1636 HOURS
Officers were called in reference to a vehicle that had been stolen from the 1100 block of Sylvandale Road.
No suspects at this time.
FRAUD — 17XX LEXINGTON AVE 09/30/21, 1721 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to investigate a theft by swindle. Officer interviewed the victim and attempted to ID
a suspect. No suspects at this time.
