MENTAL HEALTH — 1XX STONEBRIDGE RD 09/10/21, 0237 HOURS
Officers responded to a mental health call on the 100 block of Stonebridge Road. Officers determined the
reporting party was experiencing a mental health crisis and was a danger to others in the household. The
patient was transported to the hospital by medics for an evaluation.
DOG COMPLAINT — 2XXX PATRICIA ST 09/10/21, 0808 HOURS
Received a phone call request in reference to a dog complaint. Reporting party stated that a dog left its
property and was aggressive towards her and her dog. Spoke to both dog owners; there was not an
ordinance violation.
THEFT — 11XX NORTHLAND DR 09/10/21, 1420 HOURS
A vehicle parked in a lot in the 1100 block of Northland Dr. had a catalytic convertor stolen. Suspects were
described as either Hispanic, or Asian. The two arrived in, and left in, a small brown passenger car. No
suspects.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT — 2XXX DODD RD 09/11/21, 1500 HOURS
Officer was contacted by a male who worked near the 2000 block of Dodd Road who stated that his vehicle
had been stolen. Officer collected all information. No suspects at this time.
THEFT — 25XX WILSHIRE CT 09/12/21, 0858 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to the 2500 block of Wilshire Court for a past action catalytic converter theft. Officer
met with the victim who stated the theft occurred overnight and was noticed it this morning. No suspect
information at this time. Victim was given a case number for insurance purposes.
MENTAL HEALTH — 7XX EVERGREEN KNOLL 09/12/21, 1321 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Evergreen Knoll for a suspicious male in the area. 911 caller
reported the male was having difficulty walking, appeared under the influence, and urinated in a neighbor ’s
yard. Officers located the male who was experiencing a mental health crisis and was transported to the
hospital for an evaluation without incident. No criminal charges are being considered at this time.
DOG BITE — 21XX DODD RD 09/12/21, 1724 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a past action report of a dog biting a child at the 2100 block of Dodd Road. Officer
gathered information and issued notification of potential dangerous dog to the owner.
TRAFFIC STOP — DELAWARE AVE/ASHLEY LN 09/12/21, 2116 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle displaying 2021 tabs, but returned expired in 2019. Driver was
released and vehicle was towed.

BURGLARY — 13XX DODD RD 09/12/21, 2241 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to an alarm at the 1300 block of Dodd Road. Officer searched the area and found an
open door. Officers cleared the building with assistance from Eagan Officers. Building management
reported entry from an unknown person on cameras.
DWI — 7XX HWY 62 09/13/21, 0443 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Highway 62 for a suspicious vehicle. Officers made contact
with the driver. SFSTs were administered and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was
transported to Dakota County Jail where he was booked and released.
THEFT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 09/13/21, 1216 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a theft of catalytic converter at the 1300 block of Northland Dr. The reporting party
advised that it had been stolen sometime overnight. No suspects.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 25XX LEXINGTON AVE S 09/13/21, 1440 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to call a victim of a past action damage to property that occurred on the 2500 block
of Lexington Avenue. Officer spoke with the victim who reported someone attempted to steal her catalytic
converter but was unsuccessful. The vehicle did sustain damage in the attempt. At this time there is no
suspect information. Victim was given a case number for insurance purposes.
FRAUD — 7XX ROUND HILL RD 09/13/21, 1516 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a credit card fraud call at the Mendota Heights PD. The reporting party stated
that her credit card number was used by an unknown person. She advised that she was still in possession of
the card. Under investigation.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA — 14XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 09/14/21, 0004 HOURS
Officers observed a male looking through garbage in a parking lot in the 1400 block of Sibley Memorial
Highway. Drug paraphernalia was found and the male was placed under arrest due to outstanding
warrants. The male was eventually transported to the hospital. Case status is under investigation.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 14XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 09/14/21, 0237 HOURS
Officers responded to a theft call in the 1400 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Upon arrival, officers
determined there was an apparent attempt to steal a catalytic converter from a vehicle. Officers also
determined there was damage to the catalytic converter on the vehicle. The case status is inactive.
THEFT — 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 09/14/21, 1407 HOURS
Officer took a report of a stolen license plate that occurred at the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway.
Reporting party stated that sometime in the morning, his rear license plate was removed from his vehicle.
No suspect information.

TRAFFIC STOP — DELAWARE AVE/RUBY DR 09/15/21, 0155 HOURS
Officer observed a vehicle make several traffic violations. Officer conducted a traffic stop and the driver
admitted to having a few alcoholic beverages. Driver was put through SFSTs and was deemed under the
legal limit. Driver was issued a citation for careless driving.
THEFT — 16XX VICTORIA RD S 09/15/21, 1115 HOURS
Officer received a report of a catalytic convertor theft that happened sometime in the past 30 days. Officer
wrote report; no suspect information.
THEFT — 8XX DOUGLAS RD 09/15/21, 1612 HOURS
Reporting party stated that their catalytic convertor was stolen from their vehicle that was parked on their
driveway overnight. No suspects.
WARRANT ARREST — 21XX DODD RD 09/15/21, 1920 HOURS
Officers observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the park. Officers made contact with the three
individuals in the vehicle and discovered that one of the males had a warrant out of Scott County. He was
arrested and transported to Dakota County Jail.
THEFT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 09/16/21, 0443 HOURS
Officer received a report of people arguing over a stolen phone. Officer spoke with the parties involved
who stated they did not want to report a stolen phone and did not want to speak with officers. An
unrelated party later reported his items were stolen from his room, but he did not know the suspects.
Under investigation.
HIT & RUN ACCIDENT — 14XX NORTHLAND DR 09/16/21, 1303 HOURS
Employee at a business noticed damage to her vehicle. She had parked her vehicle in the parking lot and a
short time later noticed damage to it. No suspects.
THEFT — 7XX 3RD AVE 09/16/21, 1514 HOURS
Resident on the 700 block of 3rd Ave reported items had been stolen from his vehicle. In addition,
outgoing mail was stolen from his mailbox. No suspects.
