TRAFFIC STOP — PILOT KNOB RD/NORTHLAND DR 09/03/21, 1955 HOURS
Officer ran a license plate and it came back that the registered owner had a warrant out of Dakota County.
Officer initiated a traffic stop and identified the male occupant as the registered owner. He was arrested
and taken to Dakota County Jail.
THEFT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 09/04/21, 0946 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a theft call at the 1300 block of Northland Dr. The reporting party believes that her
headphones were stolen. She said that she thought that a staff member may have stolen them. Officer
gathered information. Officer reviewed security footage and card reader. No suspect at this time.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 1XXX MARIE AVE W 09/04/21, 1213 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a domestic/disturbance call at the 1000 block of Marie Ave. The reporting party
stated that her partner hit her and set her belongings on fire. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with both
parties. Officers found that the reporting party's partner set belongings on fire. The reporting party advised
that she was going to have a friend bring her to the hospital. Officer advised reporting party's partner that
he would be formally charged for damage to property.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON — 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 09/05/21, 0314 HOURS
Officer observed male and female walking from a vehicle at 0300 hours at a closed gas station. Warrants
for one individual.
DWI — 35E/HWY 13 09/05/21, 0225 HOURS
Officer observed vehicle speeding on 35E and conducted a traffic stop. During the stop officer observed
signs of impairment. Officer conducted SFST's and a PBT. Suspect was arrested and then released upon an
evidentiary breath test showing under the legal limit.
VEHICLE THEFT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 09/05/21, 2118 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Officer gath-
ered information and wrote a report. Under investigation.
DWI — 13XX ROBERT ST 09/06/21, 0144 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to assist West St Paul with multiple accidents and DWI. Officer arrested a party
involved, and then released them with a citation after a evidentiary breath test.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 5XX MEARS AVE 09/06/21, 1851 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a report of theft at the 500 block of Mears Ave. The victim reported several
items were taken from her unlocked vehicle and credit cards were used at several locations.

CANCELLED IPS — 35E/HWY 13 09/07/21, 0011 HOURS
Officers initiated a traffic stop on I-35E. Driver was arrested for Cancelled IPS and was transported by
medics for health concerns. The case was forwarded to the Mendota Heights City Attorney for formal
charges.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 16XX LILYDALE RD 09/07/21, 1448 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to call the victim regarding damage to property that occurred on 9/5/2021. Officer
called the victim who stated he was at Big Rivers Trail and someone attempted to steal his vehicle's
catalytic converter, but was unsuccessful. However, his vehicle did sustain damage from the attempt. No
suspect information is known.
TRAFFIC STOP — 35E/SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 09/07/21, 1859 HOURS
Officers observed an equipment violation and conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of NB 35E / Sibley
Memorial Highway. Driver was uncooperative with officers and had a fictitious registration. Driver was
taken into custody and transported to Dakota County Jail.
ASSIST OTHER AGENCY — HWY 62/35E 09/08/21, 0751 HOURS
Officers responded to assist MN State Patrol on a 10-52 / CVO. One driver was transported to the hospital.
FLEEING — SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 09/09/21, 0031 HOURS
Officer was on routine patrol traveling southbound on I-35 E and Highway 13. Officer observed a vehicle
take the Highway 13 exit, drive into the ditch, and back onto the road. Officer attempted to stop the
vehicle, but the vehicle began to flee. Officer terminated the traffic stop for safety concerns. A KOPS alert
was sent out on the vehicle. Officer later found the vehicle on the 1200 block of Victoria Curve and arrested
the adult male driver. The driver was transported to the Dakota County Jail.
