SUSPICIOUS PERSON—9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 08/20/21, 0030 HOURS
Officer observed a vehicle at a closed business. Officer made contact with the adult male driver and only
occupant of the vehicle. Officer had grounds to search the vehicle and asked the driver to step out. The
driver refused and officers removed the driver from the vehicle. AŌer the search, the driver was released
with a citaƟon.
THEFT—1XXX LEXINGTON AVE S 08/20/21, 1558 HOURS
Officer was contacted by a resident regarding one of her license plates being stolen off her car and then
reportedly used in a gas drive off at a local gas staƟon. InformaƟon was gathered; invesƟgaƟon ongoing.
ATTEMPTED MAIL THEFT—2XXX COPPERFIELD DR 08/21/20, 0740 HOURS
Officers responded to a report of a theŌ in progress and learned of an aƩempted theŌ of mail from
neighborhood mailboxes; nothing was found to be stolen at the Ɵme. Case status is inacƟve.
DWI/ACCIDENT—HWY 62/LEXINGTON AVE 08/21/20, 2156 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a accident with injuries. While conducƟng a crash invesƟgaƟon, officers found
one driver to possibly be under the influence. Suspect was transported to hospital for injuries and a search
warrant was executed for evidence.
THEFT OF BIKES—1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 08/21/20, 2300 HOURS
Officers responded to a theŌ call and confirmed a storage chest was broken into and bicycles were stolen
from it. Officers collected video from nearby business and reviewed footage. A Tri‐County Alert was sent.
DWI, HWY 62/LEXINGTON AVE 08/22/21 2301 HOURS
Officers observed a vehicle speeding through an intersecƟon and conducted a traffic stop on HWY 62, but
the vehicle did not stop unƟl Mendota Road West. Officers conducted a felony stop on the vehicle, re‐
moved the driver and ulƟmately arrested the driver for DUI Test Refusal.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT—1XXX DODD RD 08/23/21, 1154 HOURS
Officers responded to invesƟgate a 911 hang up call. Officers spoke with the reporƟng party and learned an
assault had taken place with a weapon. Officers gathered informaƟon from the vicƟm and aƩempted to
locate suspect ; the suspect was ulƟmately apprehended by another agency and charges are pending.
VEHICLE IMPOUND—9XX DELAWARE AVE 08/23/21, 0840 HOURS
Officer aƩempted to contact the owner of a vehicle which has reportedly been in violaƟon of the city's
parking regulaƟons for months. Officer was unable to speak with the owner and marked the Ɵres for 24
hours. The next day, the vehicle sƟll hadn't been moved and officer was again unable to reach the
registered owner. Vehicle was impounded to Marks Towing for the parking violaƟons, the citaƟon was
mailed to the owner, and a business card was leŌ with a friend of the registered owner who lives nearby.

OBSTRUCT LEGAL PROCESS—6XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 08/23/21, 1609 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a possible domesƟc dispute. A 911 caller reported a male was aƩacking a
female on the side of the road. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the parƟes involved.
Officer was clearing the area, and aŌer speaking with the witness, observed a vehicle and its driver
matching the descripƟon provided. Officer iniƟated a traffic stop and determined it was the vehicle
involved in the incident. Driver refused to give any idenƟfying informaƟon for himself or the girlfriend.
Officer was able to locate the vehicle owner and driver's mother who provided their informaƟon and came
to get the vehicle. Female walked up to the scene on her own and told officers she was never hit or threat‐
ened and wanted to leave with the boyfriend's family. Male driver was cited for driving aŌer suspension,
driving without a license and obstrucƟon of legal process. All parƟes were released from the scene.
HIT & RUN ACCIDENT—IVY FALLS AVE/DODD RD 08/24/21, 1800 HOURS
A vehicle was reported to have crashed into property at the intersecƟon of Ivy Falls Ave and Dodd Road
and then leŌ the scene. The vehicle was later located by Officers. Case under invesƟgaƟon.
THEFT—1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 08/24/21, 2000 HOURS
Officer was contacted by a woman who was reporƟng that her company had some lawn decoraƟons stolen.
Officer collected descripƟons of the stolen property and completed a report. The case is inacƟve.
TRAILER THEFT—1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 08/25/21, 1410 HOURS
Employee from a local business discovered a uƟlity trailer had been stolen. The date of the theŌ is not
known. Trailer had been stored on the back side of the business. There are no known suspects. Case Status:
InacƟve
TS/CANCELLED IPS—1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 08/25/21, 2201 HOURS
Officer was parked, monitoring traffic and observed a vehicle traveling with an equipment violaƟon. Officer
followed the vehicle and observed several moving violaƟons. Officer stopped the vehicle and idenƟfied the
adult male driver. The driver had a driving status of canceled‐IPS. The driver was advised he would receive
paperwork in the mail and the vehicle was towed due to no valid driver present. The vehicle license plates
were later found to be stolen out of Rochester. Case under invesƟgaƟon.
