BURGLARY — 6XX STANWICH 08/13/21, 1611 HOURS
Officers called to a residence near the 600 block of Stanwich Lane in reference to a garage that had been
entered and a bike had been stolen. Evidence was collected from the scene and the area was searched for
suspects. There is no suspect information available at this time. The case is inactive.
WARRANT — SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 08/13/21, 2229 HOURS
Officer was parked and monitoring traffic on the 800 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Officer observed a
vehicle pass them with two equipment violations. Officer stopped the vehicle and learned the driver had a
warrant out of Ramsey County. The driver was transported to Dakota County Jail.
DWI — HWY 62/LEXINGTON AVE 08/13/21, 2346 HOURS
Officer was working a DWI enforcement detail and initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding and an
unsafe lane change. While speaking with the driver, officer observed signs of impairment and conducted a
field sobriety test. The driver was determined to be over the legal limit and placed under arrest. The driver
was booked and released from the Dakota County Jail and the vehicle was impounded to Marks Tow.
WELFARE CHECK — 7XX PLAZA WAY 08/14/21, 0427 HOURS
Officers received a report of a welfare check on the 700 block of South Plaza Way. The reporting party was
worried for her adult female daughter because of a concerning phone call she received. Officers attempted
to make contact with the daughter numerous times, but were unsuccessful. Officers were able to gain
access to her residence and determine she was not inside. A missing persons report was filed. The daughter
was located later on in the day.
BURGLARY — 7XX PLAZA WAY 08/14/21, 1029 HOURS
Dispatched to the 700 block of S Plaza Way in reference to a theft in progress. Two male suspects were ob-
served entering a vehicle in the under ground garage. Males left prior to arrival. Photos of suspects and ve-
hicle have been uploaded to the case file. Items dropped by the suspect were swabbed for DNA, and en-
tered into evidence. Under investigation.
DWI — PILOT KNOB RD/MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD 08/14/21, 2351 HOURS
Officer was on routine patrol traveling westbound on Mendota Heights Road and Pilot Knob Road. In front
of the officer was a vehicle traveling the same direction. The vehicle did not stop at a red light and the
officer initiated a traffic stop. While speaking with the adult male driver, the officer observed signs of
impairment and had the driver perform SFSTs. The officer believed the driver was under the influence and
placed under arrest. The driver was transported to the Dakota County Jail.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 16XX LILYDALE RD 08/15/21, 0841 HOURS
Officers responded to the 1600 block of Lilydale Road for a vehicle break in. Officers took an incident report
and will be following up with this case. The case status is under investigation.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 18XX VICTORIA RD S 8/15/21, 1045 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Victoria Road for a damage to property report. Officer spoke
with the resident who stated his mailbox was struck overnight. Officer provided resident with a case
number for his records.
ASSAULT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 8/15/21, 1744 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a phone call of a past action Assault report which happened on the 1300 block of
Northland Drive. Male stated that he had a gun pulled on him after a argument and verbal threats were
made. Under investigation.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON — 25XX ARBOR CT 8/16/21, 1030 HOURS
Officers responded to the area of Mendota Heights Road and Arbor Court for a suspicious person call.
Suspect asked a juvenile to get into his vehicle. A suspect and vehicle description was given. No leads at
this time.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON — 11XX SYLVANDALE RD 8/17/21, 1715 HOURS
Officers dispatched to a suspicion in the 1100 block of Sylvandale Rd. Reporting party stated that a vehicle
in the driveway appeared to be moving towards the road but was unoccupied. Upon arrival, different
neighbors reported that a suspicious male appeared to be tampering with the same vehicle, but ultimately
left. The house was found to be unsecured and vacant. Neighbors are attempting to retrieve video
surveillance of the suspicious party.
THEFT — 5XX MIRIAM STREET 8/18/21, 1440 HOURS
Officer called by male who had items stolen out of a truck while working near the intersection of Miriam
and Garden. The facts were collected and a report was made. There is no suspect information available.
Inactive.
THEFT — 10XX WAGON WHEEL TRAIL 8/18/21, 1727 HOURS
Officer was contacted by a woman who kept her kayak near the 1000 block of Wagon Wheel Trail. She
reported that the lock had been cut and it was stolen. There is no suspect information available. The case is
inactive.
THEFT — 12XX NORTHLAND DRIVE 8/18/21, 0900 HOURS
Officers dispatched to the 1200 block of Mendota Heights Road for a theft report. Officer made contact
with adult male reporting party who advised his catalytic converter was stolen. No suspect information.

BURGLARY — 7XX MOHICAN LANE 8/19/21, 0102 HOURS
Officers responded to a report of a person attempting to break in through a window. Officer responding in
the area made contact with a person matching the description of the person involved in the break in and
determined he was their suspect. Suspect admitted to coming to the address to make contact with a friend.
Suspect taken to DC Jail awaiting charges.
BURGLARY — 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 8/19/21, 0108 HOURS
Officers dispatched to the 1300 block of Sibley Memorial Highway for an alarm. Officers were occupied on
another call. Officers responded to the address and found forced entry. No suspects located. Photos taken.

PUBLIC ASSIST — 23XX KRESSIN AVE 8/19/21, 1221 HOURS
A woman living neat the 2300 block of Kressin Avenue came into the Mendota Heights Police Department
to report that she had lost her green card. She needed a Police Report to prove that she had reported the
card lost. Information only.
BURGLARY — 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 8/19/21, 1340 HOURS
Responded to a report of a burglary to a commercial building in the 1300 block of Sibley Memorial
Highway. No suspects or evidence. Case is inactive unless/until a suspect/s can be identified.
FOUND PROPERTY — CHIPPEWA AVE 8/19/21, 1517 HOURS
Officer called about a bike that was chained to a street sign near the intersection of Chippewa and Miriam.
The bike was taken to the Mendota Heights Water Tower for storage. The report is for information only.
FRAUD — 10XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 8/19/21, 1618 HOURS
Officer dispatched to fraud report at the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Officer met with adult
female victim who was involved in wire fraud. The suspect is unknown. Report made.
