WARRANT — 13XX LEXINGTON AVE 07/22/21, 1342 HOURS
Officers were made aware of an individual living at a hotel with several warrants for his arrest. Contact was made with the
individual, the warrants were confirmed, and the male was arrested.
SUSPICIOUS—XX DORSET RD 07/22/21, 1830 HOURS
Officers responded to a parking garage on report of a burglary. MulƟple vehicles in this incident were damaged. Case Status:
Under InvesƟgaƟon.
MUTUAL AID — 4XX WATER ST 07/22/21, 2354 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to look for the suspect of an assault that occurred in Hudson, Wisconsin. Officer arrived in the area and
located and held the suspect vehicle unƟl other officers arrived on scene, but the vehicle was empty. K9 searched area for
suspect but was not located. Report made.
THEFT—10XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 07/23/21, 1033 HOURS
Resident from a condominium was the vicƟm of a theŌ. Family of the resident hired a home heath care company to provide 24
hour, 7 days a week care. The contract has ended, the resident no longer resides there, but the family discovered money and
jewelry missing from the condominium. Contact informaƟon has been requested for the company for further invesƟgaƟon.
SUSPICIOUS—XX DORSET RD 07/23/21, 1524 HOURS
Received a phone call in reference to a suspicious phone call received on 07‐17‐2021 at 0318 hours. The caller was belligerent to
the person who answered the phone. The receiving party hung up, but called back. The male was belligerent again. The caller
hung up. The person who received the original call, called the number back again on 07‐23‐2021. The original caller answered
and was very upset about being called back. No threats have been made.

DWI — MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD/HUBER DR 07/24/21, 0044 HOURS
Officer was on rouƟne patrol traveling westbound on Mendota Heights Road and Huber Drive. Officer observed a vehicle
stopped on the side of the road on Huber Drive and Mendota Heights Road. Officer stopped to check on the vehicle and as the
officer spoke with the male, he detected an odor of raw marijuana coming from the vehicle, and the driver showed signs of im‐
pairment. Officer searched the vehicle and located marijuana. Officer had the male perform Standard Field Sobriety Tests. Officer
believed the male was under the influence and he was placed under arrest and transported to jail.
DWI — 7XX HWY 13 07/24/21, 1333 HOURS
Officer pulled over a motorcycle for a speed violaƟon. While speaking with the operator the officer observed signs of impairment
and conducted a roadside field sobriety test. Officer determined the operator was impaired and placed under arrest. Operator
submiƩed to a blood test and was booked and released from the Dakota County Jail. The motorcycle was impounded to Marks
Tow. Charges are pending blood test results.
DANCO VIOLATION — 8XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 07/25/21, 2031 HOURS
While on patrol, officers located a suspicious vehicle parked behind a business. Upon invesƟgaƟon it was determined that the
parƟes were listed as respondent and protected party in a DANCO and the respondent was arrested for the violaƟon of the
DANCO.
THEFT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 07/25/21, 1132 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to take a report of theŌ. Dispatch advised that a catalyƟc converter was stolen from a vehicle. Officer
gathered informaƟon and wrote report.
THEFT — 7XX PONTIAC PL 07/26/21, 2230 HOURS
Officer received a report of a theŌ from a motor vehicle. Officer spoke with the reporƟng party who stated her father's vehicle
had its catalyƟc converter stolen. The reporƟng party stated it may have happened between the evening of 07/26 and the
aŌernoon of 07/28. There are no suspects at this Ɵme.
DWI — 35E & WAGON WHEEL TRL 07/27/21, 0224 HOURS
Officers were clearing from a traffic stop when a vehicle passed them at a high rate of speed. Officers aƩempted to catch up with
the vehicle. While passing Lone Oak Rd officers were able to get a radar reading of 106 in a 70. Officers stopped the vehicle and
it was determined that the driver was impaired. He was arrested for DWI.
THEFT — 12XX VICTORIA CURVE 07/28/21, 1520 HOURS
Officers responded to an accident call. Officers determined there appeared to be a hit and run. Case is inacƟve.
AUTO THEFT — 9XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD 07/28/21, 2248 HOURS
Officers dispatched to a theŌ report . Officers made contact with the adult male reporƟng party who stated that his vehicle was
stolen with his phone, wallet, and handgun inside. No known suspects.
